Very crowded. Full of young kids. Very expensive. They have a few restraunts but the one I ate from was not good. They have a nice outdoor fire. Also a great outdoor screen to watch sports games and more. I would recommend going here if you have any children under the age of 12 or so on a nice sunny day, but overall I didn't think it was that great.

If you like warm, expensive beer and drinks and 1000 kids, this is your kind of place. No TV watching, only go-pro TV. It looks nice, don't waste your time and $$$$.

Way too crowded. Not really their fault, it’s the only place within miles. Food is good, not amazing, but man, they nail down the middle for the thousands of tourists they have to serve and the quality is great.I was blown away by their service, the guys who clean up, help on the dining floor, they are the most attentive employees ever. These guys are 5 star, should be working at Michelin rated restaurants. Seriously, when I open a restaurant back in Chattanooga, I am flying down here and stealing their staff. Amazing people here. Take care of these employees, they are the glue and keep this place a great experience!

We love this place. Have been coming for years. Surprise this year they don’t accept CASH!! Except they still cash tip jars for employees who will inevitably not get many tips bc of the new rule. This is a tourist destination and to not accept cash, a legal US tender, is absurd. Not happy with this new change.

We have been coming here for years. They no longer accept cash. I will find a new place to spend my money.

I’ve been coming to the Hub (now Big Chill) for almost a decade and have looked forward to it each vacation. However, after this visit, I will not be back. The staff look like they don’t want to be here, the prices are insane, and not to mention the food is not good at all. I paid $22 for chicken tenders and fries, and they look and taste like McDonalds nuggets. Straight from the freezer to the deep fryer. They were inedible. We also ordered a pork platter for $30+, and it was so dry we couldn’t eat that either. The side of Mac and Cheese was straight out of a plastic bag. Ever since the switch from the Hub to the Big Chill, it is clear that the quality has gone down significantly. Extremely sad because this used to be a great place to come, eat, and spend time with friends and family.

Unique spot with multiple food vendors/bars/shops. Large, covered outdoor area to enjoy the day and entertainment.

Great spot to hang out and watch games! The staff we interacted with were awesome and they were keeping it super clean. Seems like it’d be a great chill spot for groups since it’s order at the bar and restaurant and get a buzzer to get your food. A few feedback points- The main screen has great volume for the games but they could work on it being a little better by the covered patio area next to the bar. Also, it’s 2024, let’s get at least one more nonalcoholic option on the bar menu, or a better one like Athletic Brewing or Corona 0 (they only had Beck’s). The menu was pretty good with food options at Duo’s- worth noting they had a veggie burger option and gluten free bun. The fries were great. Definitely will come back again to the Big Chill 30A!

We used to love this place when it was The Hub. Ever since the change All the locals know it’s gone downhill… But now they are 100% cashless.Couldn’t even get a drink or my daughter food but we were on our bikes so Just brought my ID and cash.Such a shame, great atmosphere. We will not be coming back. CASH IS KING.P.S. On the sign, it says one of the reasons is to avoid violent robbery because cash… it’s 30A LMAO
