Drove 50 miles round trip to find out they won't honor Stihl promotions that you'll see online, even though it's on the Ace website at their location ? Even says it's ready in 15 mins. at the location. Maybe I could of went to the parking lot , ordered it online , and walk back in the store who knows? Don't have patience for all the nonsense. Staff in the front of the store are nice though, it's always the that won't talk to the customers.

In a small town like this (Wauchula), it’s a trip saver of a hardware store. They have mostly everything you need without the need to go to Sebring (HD or Lowe’s). Their prices are a bit on the high side, but considering time the most valuable asset I rather pay the extra coin.

Very nice. All sort of things ..Prices are awesome. I have to drive 40 min + to get there but its worth it EVERYTIME. I wish they had one closer to me. 5 stars. You call them for anything and they are always so polite
