Very bad communication skills. They filed wrong and it felt like i was blamed for it. Took a week to even be filed electronically. 3 weeks to be notified that it was sent back. I was ignored in the waiting room one day for like 20 minutes. On hold for 15 minutes. I just didnt feel like a client. $250 about and i didnt feel taken care of. Do not recommend. You might as well do it yourself.

Lisa was great! Top shelf job and she squeezed every penny she could out of the IRS. Fees sucked.
