In an absolute terrible mess, Elias saved the day.
I am strictly leaving this review because of this employee. Although Verizon is a pain, his patience and help changed my day.
I also witnessed this staff member interact with a myriad of individuals who asked some of the stupidest questions (mine were probably stupid, too) and he never bat an eye.
As a matter of fact, someone came in asking for repairs and although they don't do cell phone repairs here, Elias looked up a place for the old man.
Whatever this guy is making, it isn't enough. He handled multiple customers, on his own, for several hours without being rude, brusque or frustrated. He is a saint.
I also suffer with a developmental disorder, so high-stress situations are really hard for me. I just don't know that anyone can do what Elias is doing for this store.

Last week I sent my daughter in law into your store to find out why the new iPhone I got her wasn’t working the guy working told get to go home connect it to WiFi and figure it out that he didn’t have time to help her!! I went to another store and all they had to do was send another eSIM to her phone definitely nothing she could have done at home on her own. If he can’t take a few minutes to even look at her phone he has no business working in customer service. I definitely won’t recommend your store to anyone I would rather drive an hour to actually get help.

Change the times man. If you say you close at 7 dont close up early or change you times so you dont have people wasting their time thinking they can come in. Bs.

The short guy that helped me tonight was completely disrespectful. When my mother hung up the phone he said he doesnt normally help people that I should be doing this insurance claim myself. Completely unhelpful. Told me repeatedly that my pin was wrong, but when I went online it took my pin with the first try. He was intentionally not trying to help me and was very rude. We have 7 lines on our account and will be finding another carrier because this was completely unacceptable. I came in to get help with an insurance claim and he did everything he could not to help me.

Ian was super helpful and extremely patient he did whatever he could to make sure we had the best experience and getting all of our issues resolved he treats everyone with respect and doesn’t force you into something your not comfortable with! Will highly recommend to friends and family to go check Ian out for the best service

This is not a corporate store. This is a franchise and employ people that have no knowledge. Stay clear of this wauchula Florida location. Will not return can not recommend

Went in because I got a new phone under my insurance. Had some problems getting my pictures and contacts switched over went in asked for help 2 people doing absolutely nothing the young lady informed me she could do it but it was a fee ! Beware of this

George, the store manager was absolutely AWESOME in setting up my new phone and showing me how to use it. He did that while helping his trainee, Hector, as he was helping other customers. Both are very friendly and extremely helpful to someone like me who is not tech savvy. I'll be happy to recommend this store to others.
