Got a P.O. Box about 3 weeks ago, The guy there has been nice but keeps telling me he hasn’t changed the lock yet, we have the keys but no way of accessing our box. Someone needs to do something about this.

Watch out for this location...will try to get over on you any way they can...went there for stamps after xmas...supposedly only had Christmas stamps (a month later)...went to send out a package first class...forced me to send a different way and stated it was the same thing...price was twice the price...was told I couldn't ship first class but it came up on the screen..still forced me to ship the other way.....he wouldn't give me a straight answer....very vague and wouldn't answer my questions...same guy both times....what he should have been concerned about was that the lady before me stole some boxes that had to be paid for...right in front of him....didn't seem to care....hmmmmm

I've been coming here for years and always been positive. It's a cute small place but well maintained. The staff has always treated me well and never had complaints at this location.I rather come here compared to the other ones in Winter Haven. I would recommend this place to anyone!
