Richloam General Store is a step back in time and a nice place to visit in a remote area. It is a post office and general store with great authenticity. The staff is top notch and does a great job of preserving the history of the area and the store itself. Visitors can check out many historically available items, handmade pot holders, fresh baked goods, and a book on local history. It is an awesome stop for ice cream, old-fashioned soda, old-fashioned candy, candy cigarettes, hoop cheese, and mini moon pies. They are also adding a museum. It is well worth the time.
