Absolutely the worst service I've ever seen . They will not turn the speaker up so that you can hear them at the drive-thru . They tend to not answer their phone at all after several attempts to call them . Try to check on a prescription you won't never get anyone to answer their phone . CVS needs to do a better job on who they hire and who they put in there they are the worst of all CVS's that I've ever seen in my life as far as Pharmacy is concerned . They should fire all of them and get new they are rude and disrespectful to their customers .

My son who's been quite sick with a stomachache big had prescriptions sent over to this location to be filled. First day computers were down so they couldn't cash us out understandable. Called next day was hung up on three times after the phone was answered "computers are down" and the. Click. Called back a few hours later to see if systems were back up and was told they up were up but slow and got hung up on again. Called back n tried to explain my sons prescription has been filled but needed to be picked up. Boom hung up on again. Called back again and insisted on speaking to a manager. The manager receives the phone from whoever had been hanging up all day and I explained to him what has happened and he informs me my prescription could have been picked up way earlier that day and he doesn't know why she didn't tel me so. So I told him I'd be there to get them in five minutes and I'd like the name of whomever answered the phone and hung up on me multiple times( the person who handed him the phone) when I arrived I picked up my prescription and asked for the woman's name. He claimed he had no idea who it was ( lies) .this is the worst cvs pharmacy I ever ever been to.numerous amounts of people have told me not to go there because of how rude they are . From now on I will no longer be using this pharmacy nor would I suggest anyone else to go there.

When you first come in there's someone that believes him very nice. But when you go check out you have to check yourself out you have to scan your items also you have to bag your item The person that greets you is the one that stands right behind you when you're scanning your items making sure everything goes OK it's kind of annoying he standing right behind you you're doing his job but you're not getting paid also these machines are always dirty and talk about a super spreader I will not go to the CVS again because I don't want to be a cashier that's just the truth I'm tired of going to retail stores and have to bag up my own items I'm going to start going to smaller companies I like to customer service and smaller businesses that greet the bags and give me your items I didn't want to grow up to be a cashier

ms lee always helps me and deserves a recognition for caring for me and others. customer service can be stress these days but ms. lee handles it well reassuring she us always there to help. i see her whenever i collect my rewards. cvs cures my sweet tooth right on time. thank you cvs. thank you for an employee like ms. lee. the pharmacy department always makes sure i get my meds that service is impeccable. with a smile every time and assistance on the isles as well. thank you all! mr dana' hines

First time at this store to change my scripts to them due to health insurance changes. Dropped them off four hours ago. Was told when I went in to pick them up at 3 pm that they are busy and have not gotten to them yet...I asked if I could wait? They said NO...that i would be waiting over and hour. All the while, there is no one else in the whole store. Was also told it takes a minimum of 1 hour to process any narcotics? Plus they could not even tell me prices and or qualities that I will be receiving. When I called the corporate office they told me everything the clerk had told me was inaccurate. Hands down the best Pharmacy in Hernando County! The Pharmacist will come around and ring you up at the counter if the other staff is busy. They are extremely professional and polite and they know what they are doing.

I've shopped here several times, and I am generally pleased with the service and products offered here. The pharmacists have been really good at helping understand prescriptions and making suggestions for OTC medicines. They have also been very good at finding the best possible price for any prescription I needed filled. I have run into a problem where they did not have a specialized medicine I once needed. However, they helped by checking with other pharmacies to find it. Even though it was a competitor, they found it at a nearby Walgreens for me. This was a huge help! The store is clean and generally well stocked. The prices are higher than Publix in many things, but you are paying for convenience. I'm ok with that as the prices are not ridiculous. Almost all of the clerks have been amazingly friendly. There is one guy who works there that is a bit brusque, but he doesn't seem to be mean, just not good with people. Overall, this is a good pharmacy to do business with.

Clean store and bathroom staff could be friendlier prices are higher then everywhere else in area. But if u need it now that's where u go .

Worst Cvs, my wife and I are frequent visitors and today we went to check out a deal with detergents and yes we opened the bottles and started smell testing them I didnt know that was a crime, a lady walked in the isle with her Daughter saw me my wife and four small children, stared, said a rude comment then walk away as usual. we didn't pay mind to it next thing Ann the worker walks up and yells you can't be doing that so we both looked and asked we can't smell them?she then replied rudely and said pouring them out into each other..as I stand there with a full bottle of detergent in my hands I said ma'am the bottle is full if you would like to feel it as she rudely dismissed me and walk away my wife didn't get irritated until she yelled and then completely ignored us telling her that if she feels that way why won't you just pick up the bottle and if you are going to yell at a customer like that have proof not just some old lady that didn't like the fact that a mixed race family was taken up part of a isle to get some detergent. I hate disrespectful people but they really need to train there employees on how to handle situations and talk to people. Me and my family will not be returning back to this cvs.
