I had purchased a large tube from restiaux an ebay seller. “Tube is in nice and clean condition with original shipping package.†The tube that I originally bought off of eBay was not as described. I then sent the tube to D&C, and was happy to pay the testing charge. Once they received it they immediately called me to say that the tube was garbage and not worth testing. D&C wrote a report stating the non repairable condition of the tube. I then sent that report to eBay. Once eBay read the report, the made the seller provide a full refund. The most amazing part was that D&C did not charge me for the report. Thank you D&C for being honest and just a great company to deal with.
