Do not come to this store. Horrible lady (employee) with purple hair, yelled at my kids for picking up a bat and ball and told them to get out. Said, she was calling the cops when I told her my kids did not do anything, besides look around store while I was finding something I needed. Treat people better. Train your employee’s better. If you’re having a bad day call out or do not talk to people.
I waited a little bit for the cops to arrive. After a while I left and saw a cop car passing by. I saw that they turned in so I dropped the kids at the water park and walked over. Talk to the cops and told them what happened and the kids did not do anything. I did not know you can be trust passed from a store for not doing anything just because a racist lady (we are Hispanic) is having a bad day. I will be contacting corporate about this as well.

Good prices, and the store is clean! The only complaint is that it's sometimes short staffed with 1 person , makes the line move extremely slow keep this in mind comeing in if you see parking full.

I come into this store nearly everyday multiple times throughout the day and everyone is nice except an employee named Rachel I was walking around with my younger sister looking for desiton and I had given up and then when I went to check out instead of asking me I was questioned for what I was spraying in the light bulb area though I had sprayed nothing at all they persisted and kept asking me and after I had said I didn't spray anything they said okay that's fine we have security cameras I have never been treated this poorly in an establishment I didn't even have pockets I'm wearing my football clothing so I say be weary of Rachel

Stopped at Dollar General to purchase a few greeting cards and my first impression was positive. This location is one of the larger stores I have been too. Clean, no merchandise scattered and lying in the aisles, organized and well stocked. I was impressed at the huge selection of greeting cards they offer and as always, they are a real bargain and very nice. The nicest and very friendly employee checked me out at the register and wished me a good evening, how nice is that! I believe his name was Vern, thank you. Recommend this location! Debbie

The 2 woman working today right before this hurricane are awesome! There was a long line with people getting last minute supplies and it went so fast with just having 1 cashier! The manager even said they will stay open until it becomes unsafe.
They were on it! Great people and they put their customers first.

When this DG had self checkout, it was great, no matter how long the line was to the chashier there was rarely anyone using the self checkout registers,...yes there were two of them bad boys...two self checkout registers, but ever since DG closed the self checkouts...the line can and has reached 15 customers, when you get off work and need to make a quick stop for say, catfood, your not going to want to wait in line for 15 minutes....I'd rather bypass this store and drive 11 miles to Walmart. With all that said, the people at this dollar general are extremely pleasant.

Whoever is the manager here needs to do a better job. Nobody wants to see a nasty pot outside filled with gross cigarettes plus there's always a huge pile of cigarettes on the ground right next to it. Trash can over flowing. Let's have some pride here people...
