I just had the curbing done less than 2 weeks ago and noticed a crack. When I called the company, I was told that they sold the business and there was nothing they could do. Rog is now taken over but he charges $200 to fix problems. WOW!

We had no complaints with installation. Crew was great and cleanup perfect. The problem is with sealing. Originally they told us 30 days but we literally cannot get them to call us back. What would have been a 5 star review is now a one. It has been months

Great service for installation but getting them back to seal it is like a needle in the haystack...installation in April said they would be back in approx 30 days....called June 5th spoke to Stephenin she said would schedule for beginning of next week and call to let me me know day...never heard from anyone since..I have called several ti.es since last week only get answering machine left messages each time as to when they are going to finish the job.i feel I'm being ghosted

Horrible clean up. Never gave a time what time they were going to be here. Out to get quick money. Don’t care about what it looks like when they leave. No pride in their work.

No clean up . Left. Concrete in the yard and on the drive way. Did the job no clean up. Good work. But I wouldn’t hire them again. They don’t take pride in their work. If they did they would make sure the job site is clean up. They’re out trying to make a quick $ . I take pride in my work. Customer service is number one and making sure customers are happy. Call over a week ago.

May 2023 we were to have installed color was burn brick not light pink. I called after the curbing had cured and was to give it time and it would get darker. It now has been 8 months and several unreturned phone calls later still no satisfactory answer on the color or sealing.The gentleman that came out were great, the customer service sucks.

They did a good job on the curbing, but can't get them out to seal it. Called numerous times no one answers the phone or returns my call.

Do not hire this company! The workmanship on their curbing is satisfactory. They promised to return in 4-6 weeks to seal the curbing (it was included in their price). They never returned to seal our curbing. They did not respond to phone calls and letters. Regrettably, I paid them in full when they finished the curbing. Now I have no clout to get them to honor their promise.

I had them come out for a estimate December 3rd. They put me on the books then canceled the appointment. They rescheduled me and canceled that one. They have been pushing me back since December and now will not answer my calls or respond to emails and voice mail. Don't waste your time.

I can NOT recommend this company. They did our curbing back in NOVEMBER and have yet to come and seal the curbing. It is now going on 6 months!!! Numerous calls go right to voice mail and perhaps one in ten are returned. However that was not fruitful either, a promise to look at the schedule and call me the next am never materialized. This is NOT the way to handle a job. This company took our money with no issues in NOVEMBER and still can NOT COMPLETE the job. I surely wish we had gone with another company. Many of our neighbors are looking into curbing and I will definitely pass along our experience with this company. Beware!!!

Curb It came and did a job for me 3 months ago and said they will be out in a few weeks to seal the concrete. It's no less than 3 months and 30 calls later my concrete is not sealed and I want to do my landscaping to sale my house. My advice to you is only pay half until the job is complete. All they seem to care about is getting new jobs done. NOT THE JOBS THAT ARE ALREADY PAID FOR. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY DO NOT FINISH WHAT THEY START.

We contracted with Curb-It Company to install landscape curbing at our home. While the work was satisfactory the customer experience left a lot to be desired. The request for quote was quickly responded to and we were told that we would be scheduled in four weeks. That time came and went, and so we had to start chasing them down for a date. We were never notified of the first date, but it didn't matter because they called the night before to say they weren't coming. We said we never notified and they wanted to argue the point. A second date was set up and the crew that showed up did a great job. We were told the concreted needed to cure and that they would be back in four weeks to seal the curbing and also cut any weep holes needed for draining. After four weeks with no contact we started calling again. Fifteen (15) calls later they showed up to seal the concrete. We were home and showed the foreman doing the work the pictures we took were water was accumulating. He said he didn't have his saws with him, but he would be back within a week. That was three and half weeks ago. Still haven't heard from them and tried of chasing them down. This company was recommended by a neighbor who now feels very badly for having done so. B+ on the work. D- on the customer service.

They killed our grass by dumping and cleaning out their equipment in the front yard. Original crew did the work and the curbing looks nice. We asked them repeatedly if cleaning out their equipment would kill the lawn and were told no. We contacted them later about the area of grass that was dead a month after they had done the work. Spoke to Art and he said said in all his years he's not seen grass die from them cleaning out. Lawn company says "Curb it" burnt it from the excess urea in concrete. I wonder whose right.
