Great drive up service, from park to drive away was just minutes. A helpful associate was there with a cart as we were opening up the back of the car.

Made a quick drop off via their drive-through, and it was quick and easy to leave the bags of clothes I was donating.

I just wanna make a statement.I just donated a few things to goodwill today.And I must say.I will never donate again to this goodwill.At this location, no one was friendly.No one can say thank you for the donation that I'm trying to help other people.And I've done it quite a lot.So I really don't appreciate the treatment.

I wish that you would specify your Google listing to say Donation Express. It doesn't and it makes it look like it's a store to buy not only donate

The worst donation experience ever. I showed up today to donate a few boxes of quality items. I was approched by a man who said "I can only take two boxes or items" before I could even say hello. I asked "total?" And he said yes they were full. I then said okay I'll go to the next place to drop the rest off. He sighed and said "good luck" with a snarky attitude. I said "excuse me?" And he proceeded to tell me they are all full and have been full so good luck finding someone to take the items. I then out of frustration said okay so am I supposed to just throw it in the trash then? He then got mad started yelling at me and saying nice throw it away instead of donating how nice of you have a great day! And slammed the door. He literally just told me good luck finding anyone who would take the items and then belittled me and yelled at me about thorwing the items away. I left in tears so thanks goodwill I will never be donating a single thing to you ever again. Every goodwill express I have ever been too the male employees are always in a terrible mood and rude however any female employees I have encountered are always kind.

Play it was easy to fine. The drop off was easy and simple I had no issues. The areas clean air professional.
