9round offers quick and effective workouts. There are not set class schedule like other exercise programs. The classes are only 30 minutes long and the results are mind blowing. In addition, there is an instructor providing feedback and encouragement in every session. I have lost over 30 lbs and I feel stronger than ever.

Fantastic gym. They have all the equipment you need and then some. Great staff, everyone is very friendly and professional. Personal trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating. Great place!

What an amazing place. 30 min workouts. They monitor your heart rate. Mike is one of the trainers and he could not have been nicer. I'm new to this and he was extremely understanding. His instructions were very percise and easy to follow. They are really committed to helping you reach your goals. Today was my first day and it was great. He was with me the entire way which is what I need. Not your typical gym that is full of machines and weights and no help unless you pay extra for it. It's a great pace and every station is different, and works your entire body. Would highly recommend them to new people to working out and those tired of the gym scene.

I really like the owner and the trainers- they are really positive and supportive and don’t make me feel different because I’m new and not in great shape yet. The workouts are great and the time goes by fast. I would recommend the Wellington location to all my family and friends!

I love this place! I’ve tried the gym; I’ve tried working out with family/friends; I’ve tried working out on my own but nothing beats the 9Round concept of a full body workout in 30 minutes. That’s nine, 3-minute HIIT exercise stations that will have you dripping in sweat! 9Round has become a part of my daughter and my morning routine (yes - my toddler sits patiently while I get my workout in), it’s helped me manage and reduce stress, it’s helped me feel stronger and best of all, it works perfectly into my schedule! Thank you Mike, Erin and team - you all do a great job! Mila and I appreciate you!
