Yesterday I was in the ladies' area for a densitometry and from Jessica's greeting I realized that it would be a pleasant experience and it was. She, in addition to mastering her job, enjoys and honors customer service. The empathy and desire to help was demonstrated with 2 ladies who came in need of a "space" for a mammogram just yesterday. Jessica did it and resolved their problem very peacefully and quickly. I left happy because I witnessed 5-star customer service. Thanks Jessica, don't change.

I was given the wrong instructions over the phone prior to my test. I wasted time waiting just to find out I couldn't get my test done. The receptionists were just chatting instead of checking the patients requirements for their tests. They really don't care.

Yunia is very patient and understanding. My cousin was scared to do her ultrasound but she made her relaxed and everything went smoothly. Marsha was very friendly and patient. Thank you Yunia and Marsha for going above and beyond.

The folks at Akumin Wellington were so nice that I wanted to stay longer. From the moment I was greeted by the receptionist to being taken by Rod and Liz and Dr. Nam my experience was nothing short of amazing. Thank you Liz and Rod for making me feel comfortable throughout my entire appointment time. I would definitely recommend you to my friends and family.

I was concern about a letter I received asking me to do additional image. I went in person to pick up the CD and I asked at the front desk why I need more images and the girl at the front desk very nice listen to me and took me to see the Ultrasound person YUNIA. She took the time and explained me everything very professionally. I wish every doctor, every person in the medical field take the time to talk to patients. Now, I know what I have to do and I have peace of mind knowing and understanding all about my exams. Thanks Yunia!

Have used Akumin 3 times at this location and we were impressed with the efficient & cheerful service. The waiting room was crowded but they processed patients thru quickly. We were in and out for a CT scan in under 45 minutes.

Tried to make an appointment it took over 2 hrs. I had referral in hand. Training in call center needs work! I finally got appointment and I DREAD Going to akumin for tests. If this is a sample of treatment...I would go anywhere but here! I will post result of my visit there!

The staff was very friendly and very thorough with their examination. They made sure I was comfortable with everything throughout my examination and were very informative.

Had a test done 15 days ago and they still haven’t sent the results to my physician.. For more than a week there has been a recording saying their systems are down, I’ve left several messages and have not received a call back

Every time that I have gone they over charge my co payment. I have showed proof of my co pay, I was lied to by the girl who accepts payment she insisted I was wrong, now they aren’t returning my calls because no one is there!!!

Very irresponsible place! No previous call or text to notify that they couldn’t do the service I had an appointment for. 30 mins drive for nothing

I had an appointment and waited over an hour before going up to the desk and was told it would be another hour. So why make appointments? Or at least let us know ahead of time, I had to miss work and still didn’t get my MRI since I had to pick up my son.
