I have been going here for about a year now for my 2 cats. They are friendly and caring and the facility is nice and clean. I would recommend them.

I've been bringing my dog here for years and this it's a wonderful place with amazing staff. The only reason I gave this place 4 stars is because every time my experience with Dr. Edwards is unpleasant. She is very sarcastic and laughs at everything you tell her and makes you feel as if your lying about your dog being sick. She didn't read my dogs chart prior to seeing her and was trying to make me feel stupid as if I don't know my own dog. I love this place but will use the other doctor moving forward.

I love the caring and attentiveness of the staff. The follow up calls are greatly appreciative. Never a long wait once you get in the office. I highly recommend this clinic

Very skilled & caring Vets! I recently had to cross my ca tover Rainbow Bridge. Doctor tried everything she could. Such a very caring and skilled staff! When or if I get another pet I will definitely use Animal Health Care Center. They are the best

I brought our geriatric dog in due to the fact she began to suffer from various ailments that medicine could not help anymore. The Dr. and staff were very sympathetic and helpful during the process of the passing of our dog Abby.

I called the vet’s office to see if I could get my dog in because she had a toe infection they got her in right . The staff are very kind and professional. The Doctor was very kind. They only thing that I felt was the price of the x ray was high. Other then that I would recommend this office.

This vet is unlike any other I’ve been to. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel how much they all care for the animals. The prices are extremely reasonable and they always manage to squeeze me in when needed. So lucky to have this vet close by!

Disrespectful Treatment and False Advertising at Animal Health Care ClinicI had the unfortunate experience of visiting Animal Health Care Clinic for the first time, and it was an absolute disappointment. The staff's rudeness, particularly towards an elderly individual like myself, was appalling. Not only did they fail to provide the level of respect and compassion one would expect, but they also violated their own advertised policy regarding senior discounts.Upon arrival, I was greeted by an unfriendly and unhelpful front-end staff. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism was immediately evident. However, the real issue arose during the check-out process. As an 80-year-old man, I inquired about the senior discount clearly stated on their website. Shockingly, the staff outright refused to honor this discount, despite an elder couple in front of me receiving a 10% discount.It is utterly disheartening that Animal Health Care Clinic would engage in false advertising and discriminate against elderly individuals. The lack of consistency and fairness in their policies only underscores their disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity.Furthermore, the doctor's behavior during the examination was equally disrespectful. Their attitude was dismissive, and they showed no empathy or concern for my pet's well-being. It was evident that their primary focus was rushing through the appointment rather than providing quality care.I strongly discourage anyone, especially seniors, from seeking veterinary services at Animal Health Care Clinic. Their rude and discriminatory treatment, coupled with false advertising, make it clear that this clinic values profits over the well-being of pets and their owners. There are undoubtedly better and more compassionate veterinary clinics available that genuinely prioritize their patients' health and treat their customers with the respect they deserve.

We recently moved to WPB and a neighbor recommended Animal HealthCare Center. They are excellent and professionals. Love the attention that they gave to our 4 legged puppy.

Do not board your pets with this facility. I had been going here for years….boarding both of my dogs. When I picked them up, they were both sick on multiple occasions. The last time, they KNEW they were sick and sent them home. I called and the tech verified this on the phone. I had to ask for medication to help them. My older dog ended up passing away as he didn’t recover like my younger one. Shame on this facility! They did nothing ti help my dogs, sent them home and didn’t even take responsibility for the lack of care of my dogs had. It is assumed that my dogs ate something in the grass around the facility and picked up a bacteria. Do not take your pets here at all. So disappointed in them. They do not truly care about care of our pets, only money.

I initially came to this vet office because my primary care veterinarian was unable to assist with my fur baby's health concerns. Dr. Dew and his staff are great. I only have a few complaints. I wish he had been upfront about whether he and his staff could perform the surgery my furbaby required from the start. Especially if he and staff thought it was something more serious, and they wouldn’t be equipped to perform the surgery. I would have never wasted my time there. I believe my dog would still be at square one if I hadn't listened to my intuition and went on to get multiple opinions. Finally, I don't think Animal Healthcare Center, took my initial concerns seriously until I told them I went to another vet, so they didn't think I was failing to provide care. Animal Healthcare Center then advised me to take my furbaby to the emergency clinic. To cut a long story short, emergency care advised me to stay with the doctor who had completed my dogs diagnostic testing. One of the clinics where I received another, opinion provided my furbaby excellent diagnostic testing. They conducted tests in response to my pet's health concerns. As I previously stated, my main issue with Animal HealthcareCenter was a lack of transparency regarding whether or not they could perform the surgery; if I had stayed, I would have been dragged along until the last minute. Again friendly staff and doctors just I would come here for only annual checkups and vaccines.

I would politely like to ask this vet clinic to talk to their employees that continue to harass me day and night. Nathalie and Maddy continue to harass me during their work hours. This clinic should start holding their employees to a higher standard. While on shift. I just want to be left alone. I don't involve the police because I shouldn't have to. Seriously can someone talk to Nathalie again about this situation. I have no intention of going around the clinic. I'm simply asking if you people can tell her to stop. Especially while she's on the clock. I have a private investigation going on and we can confirm her schedule and times she is harassing me.

A loving, caring family atmosphere. They treat you and your furry family members like their own. I drive way down there from North County because of their excellence in service and medical perfection. They cared for my Hannah from 1st to last breath!!

I have used Animal Health Care and Dr. Dew for all my digs. He and his staff are caring and compassionate and always have the best interests of our pets at heart. They are the best.
