By far the least helpful/ time efficient help compared to the other Apple stores I've been to. This store is not busy and I had a simple battery issue. But it took 4 associates and over an hour time to get any meaningful advice.

Called the store to get help by an agent to set up in appointment , The agent name was Jake, to repair my iphone , He didn’t want to make an appointment, very rude, unfriendly, that fellow was not trained to handle customer particular situation, He was helpless, clueless , no common sense, I ask to speak with the manager , hoping he can do better but he didn’t want to transfer the called saying his manager has more important things to do; apple thats how u train your employees sending away customers?

I was at the Apple Store in Wellington Green earlier today and approached two employees by a table to ask a quick question. I said politely, “May I ask a question?” One of them, wearing an Apple jacket with no visible name tag, replied sharply, “We are talking. Don’t you see?. Don’t interrupt me.” I said, “I’m sorry, I didn’t see. How rude!” She then said, “You interrupted me, and you are the rude one,” and turned her back on me.
I reported the incident to the manager, who said it would be addressed. If employees are going to have a private meeting, it should be held in private, not in a public area where customers naturally assume they’re available to help. Customer service and respect are essential to Apple’s reputation. Rudeness has no place in an Apple Store.

I was helped today by Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went in to get an iPad Pro for my college classes. When he found out I was in school, he mentioned a student discount. That made a huge difference in my ability to afford the apple keyboard that I wouldn't normally be able to afford. I ended up with an iPad pro, the pencil, and the keyboard for far less than I expected. Im a lifetime Samsung user, so this first-time apple experience was enough to make me consider switching the next time im due for a new phone.

I go there for the Apple Store, but I have to say I really like this mall, including the food court. I’m glad they are still in business, we don’t have a lot of malls left.

Worst store ever. Terrible customer service. They completely changed the story multiple times. The representative was rude and annoyed we were questioning the information we were provided.

Managers at the store turning customers away because they are telling customers that they had 14 days from time of PURCHASE to return, whereas Apple's own website claims 14 days from RECEIVING it. Had to call Apple to resolve the issue, but the manager refuses to change their mind.

Worst customer service you will ever deal with. They will gas light you to thinking nothing is wrong with your 2000$ iPad. They will never take responsibility. Stear clear from this location.

I had an appointment today to purchase a new phone. Devin was extremely helpful. He helped transfer everything to my new phone and was patient during the entire process. I was very nervous since I am not very good with this stuff, but he was so knowledgeable that I didn't have anything to worry about. Thank you Devin :) I recommend this store.
