Strongly recommend you ask for Sarah for assistance. Most respectful, knowledgeable, great worker in store. Extremely nice. Helped me diagnose a problem with a corrupt backup that no other Apple store has been able to figure out. Not even Apple Support ! Couldn’t he happier with my experience!

This is the 3rd time I have come, they have not served me well, I feel very arrogant towards the employees (not all of them but a large part) but until now there has been nothing significant, until today when an employee that you saw last served me in Spanish, (he spoke to me in Spanish) on this occasion he didn't make the attempt, I speak English but I don't speak English with the friend who came and he needed it, I understand that if he doesn't speak Spanish there are no problems but it seems disrespectful to me that speaking the Spanish manager, me speaking Spanish to her and I having had to translate for my friends because she did not want to speak a language that she speaks perfectly. I want to let you know that later a technician who does not speak Spanish assisted us and there was no mishap, as did another guy who spoke Spanish and they were friendly, but the experience with the girl at the door was very unpleasant. The employee's name is Paula, it's a shame that just a few of us have such a bad experience.

This place is literally the seventh circle of hell. Being stuck in here waiting for a 2 second appointment where they can’t actually help you is what my nightmares are made of.

Unless you have the newest latest phone they not really in the mood for you . If not they want you to buy them and spend more money … They not willing to fix anything of even try unlocking stupid codes that they created themselves.

Even when you make appointments, you wait forever. Their products are too overpriced. And they're only good for a year. And then they crop out, so you have to pay to get a new one.

Terrible customer service and not helpful at all. Very money hungry!! I was given a code by Apple Support to have my computer fixed at no charge and then the code wouldn't work and no one would do anything to correct the problem. They want me to pay $448 to fix it when the Operating System updated automatically and from then on the computer would not work. Prior to this my computer was working perfectly fine. This should not happen when we pay $1,000 for a computer and use "Apple" because of what they supposedly represent.

Horrible experience here. Waited outside in a line at 9:45am waiting for the store to open at 10. All of these employees standing around waiting and doing nothing. I was the 6th person in and needed service on my Apply Watch. Was told that it was a 2-3 hour wait to even speak to someone. Made an appointment to come back but was treated by the employee like I was stupid for not having one. Why are all these employees there for at opening then?? Nobody wants to do their job, horrible service.

I made a appt to get my phone fixed and they did all these test and then told me they didn't have the part I needed. It was a wast of time.

Go to any other Apple Store but this one, everyone seem to be more interested in talking to one another than help you, no one has any idea how anything works, only 2 people on the floor are knowledgeable.

For the most it’s a solid location. Unfortunately some of the younger staff have the fml attitude. Perhaps some soft skills training in order.
