For past year plus, my parents have received exceptional customer service from JD at the Wellington Mall ATT store. With each question as they are older (80's) he has always been patient, positive and makes them feel valued. Thank you!

Even ATT now is cutting back
Put on hold supposedly for 7-10 minutes turned into unanswered calked 35 minutes plus twice

I had a great experience in this AT&T store at Wellington Green Mall. I first went there to check the perks that I had with my plans. However, I got out with the new iPhone 16 PRO MAX, and the best part, I now pay less in my service!!!!. It was unbelievable. Alex which was the employee that attended me was very professional and actually knew what he was doing. He literllay showed me everything there is to know about perks and deals. The best part is he NEVER tried to sell me anything, he just answered every single question I had with patience and professionalism. I loved it. Best team and company. Thank you so much ALEX♥️.
