Every experience we have had here has been the best of the best! From being greeted by King to Tristen taking care of us, we have never had an issue here. We have bought 4 watches and multiple iPhones here and would not go anywhere else. We just recently had to bring in a watch that wouldn’t sync to cellular and King remember me by name from months ago upon arrival and Tristen was able to fix the watch in no time! Thank you guys!!!

Ordered an $800 watch accidentally ordered the wrong band that does not fit. My wrist tried to exchange just the band and they told me they could not do that that I would have to return the whole watch and it would cost a $55 restocking fee when the band is only $90. After waiting almost an hour for someone to even look at me…… this is the closest corporate store, but trust me they will not do you any favors and it is what it is type deal I’m going to pay off all my devices and start up a new account with Verizon. Probably this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with a cell phone company and I’ve had metro for a lot of years t-Mobile, Sprint, you name it all of this over a band that is too…AT&T ain’t the move also, I upgraded my iPhone to the 15 pro max and it drops calls more than any other phone I’ve ever had. And their solution is to have me factory reset it fun fact.

Roberto Sarres was our Sales Rep at the AT&T store in Wellington, Florida. We purchased two iphone Pro Max 15 phones from him. He was very professional, friendly and highly competent. He set up our phones after they were delivered and took the time to answer all of our questions. He is a credit to AT&T. I was Vice President of Sales for two major companies and Roberto is type of salesperson I would want working for me in my organization.
