Five customers and the store to employees one employee is ignoring everybody and scanning gift cards while everybody standing, waiting for help. Then yells out it will be 10 to 15 minutes for help. All of the customers walked out. Go another AT&T store do not use them, If you’re looking for customer service because they do not have it

Our customer service peraon was kind and helpful but he still played the bait and switch game. We came in for 2 new phones. We looked online at liwer price point phones. We spoke to someone over the phone who assured us that we could get the phones we wanted in an company store. But that wasn't true. It's a bait and switch. Come in for the cheaper phone, leave with a more expensive one. Every lower price point phone we looked at was just a bait and switch. Not one was in stock in the store and none were available to order.!! So why even offer them online and in the store if you're not able to buy them?? Other than now we're in the store for a new phone or two and most people will go with the more expensive options just to get a phone. It's dirty marketing and we feel completely taken advantage of.

I recently purchased a SIM card from AT&T, and I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and exceeded my expectations.
The purchase process was straightforward and hassle-free. I visited an AT&T store, and the staff there were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They guided me through the different plans available and helped me choose the one that best suited my needs. The representative, in particular, was patient and took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I understood everything before making a decision.
Once I decided on the plan, the activation process was quick and easy. The representative set up the SIM card for me and made sure my phone was working perfectly before I left the store. The whole process took just a few minutes, and I was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the AT&T staff.
Since using the AT&T SIM card, I have experienced excellent service. The network coverage is fantastic, and I haven’t had any issues with dropped calls or slow internet speeds. The signal strength is consistently strong, even in areas where I previously had trouble with other carriers.
In addition to great service, the pricing is competitive, and I feel like I’m getting good value for my money. The plan I chose includes plenty of data, talk time, and text messages, all at a reasonable cost.
Overall, my experience purchasing a SIM card from AT&T has been exceptional. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, seamless activation process, excellent network coverage, and competitive pricing make AT&T a top choice for anyone in need of a reliable mobile carrier. Five stars all the way!

Went in to buy a cord. I was greeted at the door by one of the sales person. Knew exactly what was looking for. Gave me the item, ask for the price? Reasonable price. Bought 2. Very nice visit. ???

I want to tell you that Zack working at the AT&T store helped my husband and I'm so he was so terrific he spent so much time with us and explained everything and I would recommend him for any employment in AT&T and maybe as a manager that's how good he is he's really knowledgeable and he was terrific so I want you to make sure that he gets this message
