One star is really a bit too high. I am here on business and my business credit card isn't working. There was nobody to greet me at the front so I had to go from office to office until I found a lady sitting in an empty office. She did't want to help me. Told me to just call the number on my card which I did and I have been on hold for 30 minutes. The company I work for runs huge amounts of money through this bank and the one time I have a business emergency they were unwilling to help. 40 minutes now. Ugh

I rush to get there and they lock the door in front of me at 4:00 on the dot looking straight at me through the glass—-no normal business model could survive this mentality and I could not imagine ever doing that to a client. At least open door and tell me better luck next time!

Stopped by to have a few months worth of my statements printed out. A teller told me that there is a 5 dollar per statement charge. I know I have certain services for free so I asked her, and she said no they have to charge me. Went to their other branch by the courtyards, where I've been told that they would only charge 5 dollars per statement if I order them . 7 months of statements, the first branch would have charged me 35$ simply because they hire unqualified tellers who aren't aware of their own policies. Very unprofessional.

Mom died, I was laid off and California puts unemployment through BOA. I went here because I needed statements for a program for veterans and my mom unexpectedly took turn for worse. Manager said no time to see me today with only 3 waiting. Horrible service.

Always a long line waiting for a bank teller. Many times just one teller. Extra bank employees are walking around but no one jumps in to help out & reduce the size of long lines like they do at Publix.

Lost my debit card and took off work to go to the bank. Found out the bank closes at 4pm instead of 5pm like most other banks.

Went in to open an account. Was ignored for 20 minutes. Then when walking out she tried saying the woman was ready, after her 20 minute conversation with her. Well thanks but I prefer to not be ignored.

Over the phone rude and in the bank even worse. why hire people who cant do everything? wait time is two hours this is rediculous. Debit card not working due to Bank Of America technical difficulties

Terrible customer service. Only one teller and a very long line. No one cares!! Very poor customer service.
