  One star is really a bit too high. I am here on business and my business credit card isn't working. There was nobody to greet me at the front so I had to go from office to office until I found a lady sitting in an empty office. She did't want to help me. Told me to just call the number on my card which I did and I have been on hold for 30 minutes. The company I work for runs huge amounts of money through this bank and the one time I have a business emergency they were unwilling to help. 40 minutes now. Ugh

  The one time I literally needed to withdrawal cash, this ATM had a sign that says it was being repaired. Like seriously the ONE TIME I need to use it, it's not working. So of course I had to drive to the bank about 15mins away what bullsh*t
