The second time there were problems with crediting money. For the first time, the ATM took some of the money and I had to explain and explain the situation. Avoid using ATM at this location- especially if doing cash deposits. ATM somehow “lost my money” and then I had to call and get it sorted out and was a hassle for no reason. The tellers inside were friendly and Sebastian was receptive and wanted to help.

Went here a week ago, waited in business line 15 minutes just to get to window for teller to tell me I would have to wait 45 more minutes. I explained what I was there for and they said if I didn't want to wait, I could make an appointment, so I did for for one week later. That day, I raced out of work and I was 3 minutes away when the lady called and asked what I would be coming in for. I explained but told her I was literally just about to pull in. I walked in, she was waiting for me, she again asked me what I was there for, I told her and she said she could not help me with what I needed due to it was a business account. Why she couldn't have told me on the phone or when I was there a week ago, is beyond me. You could really tell she just wanted to get out of there and be done with her day. Very unprofessional!! Ive Never been treated like this in my life. This is a really poor example of how a business should be run. BOA should be mortified by the people that are representing them at this bank. And it's the only one in town with Saturday hours. All the other ones say they have Saturday hours but when you get there, and I have tried, there is a note on the doors saying " sorry for the inconvenience" but our hours have changed. That should be put on the internet as well. BoA has, however, already applied for patents for the upcoming digital banking system. I'm sure they can't wait to make scores of money off that patent. The bank will know who you are when you walk in the door with their new patent, just an FYI. That should please all of them even more when they don't have to have any personal interaction. And quite frankly, the AI will probably be more personable!

Total crapshack. Typical BoA in that they treat the average depositor like a second-rate garbage. Don't bother trying to do anything remotely (phone calls, online "service," etc.) as you'll get nothing. In person isn't much better. Plan to spend half of a day there to get even the simplest task completed. Better yet, don't go there. Get a credit union and put your savings in an online bank.

this place is bitchin!!!!!! they have a little time-out corner that my girlfriend puts me in whenever i act out in public and they have some couches with a tv that plays one channel. new date night destination spot!!!!!!!!!!! i just wish they played music in this joint cuz i feel like the employees are this close to dying from boredom haha

Rude employees, the worst bank ever, horrible experience,terrible management and one teller and many customer in line waiting , they don't care about your time your business,especially front desk lady was so terrible. If Bank of American really thinking good customer experience they must change Management immediately!!!!!!!!

The notary at this location doesn't know how to do her job. Her job is just to acknowledge who I am when I sign the piece of paperwork but yet she won't do it because she thinks she's a lawyer and needs to see and say she's contesting to all the documents that's attached which is false. They need to learn how to do their job. Cost me $20 because they send me to UPS that actually knows how to do their job. People wonder why their jobs are getting replaced by computers

No one ever ever ever answers the phone. We have to leave our office, drive to the bank to actually speak with someone. This is not how you conduct business........Poor business.

Very unprofessional ,i asked to open a bank account and the guy up front just let everyone that came in after me get served first he told me that he would be right with me and served another lady that came in while after i did as well as another gentleman thats came in after me .

Only 1 teller during busy hours. Manager offers no assistance to speed up the line. Plan for 30-45 min wait. Walk up atm is out of service, drive through atm has long line and inside teller has no urgency. I recommend staying away from BOA if possible.
