I bought NEW AirPods Pro 2 through the Best Buy website, today they arrived and they are not new, they are reused or reconditioned... customer service tells me that I have to go to the store myself . So why i need to spend my money on Uber, go to the store if the instale and scam Best Buy did it?... HORRIBLE SERVICE

I ordered multiple electronic items and scheduled a specific delivery, set up, and install date.
They showed up without most of the items ordered. What they did show up with they installed improperly. I had two (2) other companies examine what they did and I was told that the set up was done "improperly and unprofessionally".
They also did not install anything. They forgot a remote, in addition to the rest of the order they did not have.
They were rude and unprofessional. After three and one-half weeks of them rescheduling and ten (10) telephone calls for a total of about twelve (12) hours, and two (2) visits to the store to speak with a manager, the order and seven (7) delivery, install, and set up dates all of which was canceled by Best Buy at the last minute, the order was cancelled. They clearly could care less.
Management showed no interest in anything other than taking my money.
In my opinion, customer service was completely non-existent.
In comparison, I reordered everything from Costco and everything was delivered, set up, and installed in three (3) days.
This store , based upon my experience, is incompetent, unprofessional and rude.
I would not recommend them to anyone.
Go to Costco instead.

Do not use this location for any computer repair . They will tell you to replace things that does not need to be replaced . Also there skills are limited . They can’t change out simple fans without trying to make you spend money. If you know what’s wrong with the device they will convince you still need a diag . Complete money game
