When you spend $1500 on tvs to have delivered and take the day off, while Best Buy emails you everyday to prepare for the delivery, and the day comes and they dont even have the tvs in stock...Not a single call, text or email except for the same day delivery that we'll arrive between 2-4...it's 530 and still nobody. Then I call, and cust service says sorry but they dont have the tvs and dont know when to expect the samsungs to come in...Horrible service....

This man named AJ was the nicest person I had ever met at a Best Buy and he was very respectful and helpful even if it was simple acts of kindness he was amazing.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of care and customer service. Before heading to Best Buy on SR7 in Wellington, I call the number listed for this location on Google. The Best Buy representative who answered confirmed the Geek Squad could add additional memory to my computer “all you have to do is go see the Geek Squad in the store, have them help you select the size of RAM needed, pay for it and they can install for you upon paying”. I inquired further on process, pricing, latest time they can provide service. The rep explained the service fee, RAM is additional depending on size purchased & they can install after purchase. She further explained the Geek Squad is available until 9pm for service.So I went to the store. Completely different scenario. First, the Geek Squad rep behind the counter used a rude tone to address us & said if you have a reservation we can assist you. I told her what I was told by the customer service rep, she said you have to make a reservation, drop off the computer, it it came take up to 2-3 days. A completely different story.I understand clients may make reservations & that can adjust a schedule, but clearly telling customers that you can pay & wait while they replace is far from the truth. Either the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing or the local stores are doing what they want vs. what corporate Best Buy has put in place. Regardless Best Buy Customer Service & the local stores need to get in the same page.Additionally this local stores reps need a some lessons in customer service. A little empathy, a smile & sincere tone goes a long way! Not everyone has time available to waste. Best Buy is no longer what it used to be. If they continue to have reps treat customers like they could care less if you go somewhere else or show any care or concern about the customer’s experience, then they too might just find themselves as the next Circuit City -> out of business.

The store is in a good location, clean store, most of the employees are helpful, but a few female employees think they own the place, some men too, but few. Management could use faster pickup service. Overall 8/10

I used to love going to Best Buy, it was a place to get the latest and the greatest in electronics and home appliances. These days, it doesn't feel as welcoming as it used to be. Many of the items that are on display are "glued" to the display so you can't even pick them up and try them out. The shift into online shopping had definitely had to do something with the slow down fall of this place. The staff is friendly, which is a plus, but not knowledgeable as they were in the past. Home theater section of this particular store is sad looking and non functional.

I purchased a new iPad on line and picked up 3 days later at the store in wellington, after I received I was told they could transfer my data from my old iPad to my new one, when I got to the counted I was told there was a $150 fee to transfer, or I can become a member for $179 for the year which would include the transfer, so I decided to become a member for the $179 + tax. after about 15 minutes the technician came back with the two iPads and said your all set, I said it's done he said not quite you have to finish at home on your own network, they cant do in the store in case something goes wrong with there network I could loose everything, he said just follow the instructions. well 2 days later I'm still not done somethings transferred and some not I had to do manually. that's crazy what did I pay them for, I will never shop at Best Buy again.

No sales person on the floor. I spent 30 minutes in there, I saw a total of 4 staff members who literally passed us by without asking if we needed help even though we were there to replace a smart TV

A nice, large store with great customer service. I had no trouble finding someone to help me get what I needed, return the product I had mistakenly purchased and the transaction at checkout was seamless. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for my Best Buy needs!
