“I really wanted to be able to give Bacio bacio 5 stars. Gina was an absolute rock star. She made you feel like a bride and helped me find my dress! She was patient, kind, polite. I scheduled my "fall in love" appointment when my dress came in and I scheduled it around a time Gina would be there. When I walked in, Amy was there and no Gina. I told Amy how I made the appointment specifically when Gina would be there because she knew about the alterations I wanted to make. Amy insisted that they all treat brides the same but she took it personally and treated me very cooly. Instead of falling in love with my dress, Amy left me with worries about whether my dress could be altered the way I had envisioned. She even left me to get unzipped by myself. I was super impressed with Gina but super disappointed in Amy's professionalism and the lack of communication in letting me know Gina wouldn't be there since I drive over an hour away. It was not a great "fall in love" again experience.”
