Unfortunately, I was sent here by insurance provider - and I can now see that what a lot of previous reviews stated was right! Stay away from this place! Car was fixed, but staff was rude and reacted with annoyance and little information - like I was bothering them - to questions and concerns I voiced. Manager was outright rude. Male staff was dismissive of concerns. Only the two young ladies in the front attempted to be helpful. Also took forevvvvvvvvver to fix the car.

Nobody ever wants to need a body shop, but I can honestly say my experience at Caliber Collision was the best it could possibly be under the circumstances. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, understanding, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road as quickly and painlessly as possible.
They explained every step of the process, worked seamlessly with my insurance, and kept me updated throughout. The repairs were flawless—my car looks better than it did before the accident! The attention to detail and pride in their work really shows.
If you find yourself in need of body work (even though you hope you never do), I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. They turned a stressful situation into a surprisingly positive experience. Thank you to Rick and the whole team!

Horrendous, terrible experience!
When I went to pick up my car, it had two different front lights, one was changed to LED instead of the original halogen. The power door locks would not work, the key fobs would not lock or unlock the doors. And, when I told them about all these serious problems, the person by the name Mike told me giving me his back: “Take it to the dealer!” Very rude person!
In fact, I had to go straight to the dealer. They told me that they had to replace a fuse that was blown, and had to program all key to the vehicle.
Between all that, and having to change the other front light to LED, it cost me $1,285.41 plus two days for a rental because Caliber Collision.
I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody!

Terrible customer service and follow up. Held vehicle hostage for many many months. They tried returning unrepaired multiple times with the same issues. They outsource alignments to 3rd parties and think rough pulls are sufficient to repair frames. No follow up or accountability. Not sure how they are a "preffered shop". Go anywhere else.
