Saw an item on line that Wellington was suppose to have. I realize that isn’t always the case. Upon entering the empty store I wasn’t greeted, in fact, I was the first to acknowledge and say hello. When I asked if they had the top I was looking for it seemed like I was annoying them. One associate started looking and the next think I knew, she was back talking to her coworker never letting me know one way or another if she found the item .Very poor customer service ! I think I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

I love their travel wear. Washable, dryer safe, lightweight & comfortable. Dress it up or down, colorful and youthful. Plenty of casual and dressy options. They also have beautiful accessories. Easy to say I love Chico's!

Thank a! I've been shopping HHH the for years! Even my husband enjoys selecting pieces that he likes becausee of the huge selection and array oof colors and styles! Cookie is my favorite stylist as well, in the Mall at Wellington Green!

The new Store Manager does not even look at you when you come in. Very bad for the store, for the morale of the staff and the clients. She needs training in good manners. Cathy (sales associate) is the only true professional in that store.
