Places mobile order went about 30 minutes later since I know they are normally busy still had to wait another 15 even once I was in the store and then had to try to track down an employee to see what was going on with my order .... they were extremely rude wouldn't come back to this location

If I could give them a zero, I would. a 1 star is still too high. There was a bunch of people behind the counter, just standing around, doing nothing but looking at each other. The first person who tried to help me barely spoke English and I could not understand her... I had to repeat myself 3 times that I wanted 2 bowls not just one, the guy next to her then started to help and put hardly any meat in my bowl (he put barely a half a scoop - like 4-5 small pieces) and when I asked him to put more, an extremely RUDE coworker (just standing at the cashier talking to the cashier) tells out to him and says not to do that, so when I explained that he hardly put any meat in my bowl she waved her ignorant finger at me and said, I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to him, so when I said it again, she again said"I'm not talking to you, I'm telling him what to do" and she continued to tell him he can't do it without even seeing how little meat he put... so I left. The staff were so unprofessional, so rude and for the amount of money that their bowls cost, I'm not going to pay for rude service and half an order. THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT. I do not recommend this location. Management needs to invest more in employee customer service training. That girl does not belong in the service industry.

They are way too fast to the point I can’t even speak because they want me to speak fast. Extremely small portion and they get mad when I say more!! Really bad!!!

I would probably skip this place next time. It seems like they're slacking on cleanliness; the tables and chairs could definitely use a good wipe down. As for the restroom, well, let's just say I'd recommend finding somewhere else. The food was alright, nothing to write home about. One peculiar thing though: you can only order a quesadilla online. Wish we knew this before trying to place our order, as we ended up waiting a while for our food after ordering on the app. Doesn't quite make sense to me, but hey, not my business, right? I also tried their chicken bowl, and it was just okay. I've had much better elsewhere. Hopefully, the new location on southern blvd steps up their game when they open. Time will tell. In the meantime, I'd suggest checking out Bolay for a more satisfying experience.

Have had several bad experiences at this location not only for the portions they give but have always had a terrible customer service culture. Today was the worst though with Manager Ella who got hostile with me after I told her the website was down so I was unable to put in an order for an adult quesadilla, they told me I had to put that item in on line. Ella aggressively told me that I was wrong and that there’s nothing wrong with the system and there was nothing she could do, had to order a kids quesadilla.And then Ella refused to assist with my order , to the point where she didn’t communicate with the cashier who over charged me for a bowl that wasn’t mine. Terrible customer service and experience never going here again.

I ordered a chicken bowl, and the worker gives half a scoop of chicken. When i asked for more, she said it’ll be extra. As I was customizing my bowl, I asked for extra cheese and sour cream. However, the worker skimped out on anything I asked. The portions are severely hit or miss.

The drink machine had no ice, the soda came out warm, the trash was overflowing which was gross. The kid was having a panic attack tryna roll a burrito, he called in reinforcements to help, but it still came out sloppy. The cleanliness was horrible. It was the end of the night when I ate.

Got a steak bowl with maybe 6 pieces of steak. On top of that, I asked if I could get my toppings on the side instead of the bowl, like usual. I was informed I would have to be charged for each side. I understand being charged if I also got toppings on the bowl, but I had requested to get them on the side, so I’m not using extra product. She told me that if she put it on the bowl, I wouldn’t be charged? Even though, it’s probably the same amount if not more that goes into the bowl. I then asked if I could get an additional side of cheese, and I was told that would be extra. At most Chipotle’s, they usually let the first side be free, but not here. I told them that this has never happened and the girl at the front basically told me too bad. Place is a joke. I’m over all inconsistency. It seems the person making your food decides whether or not they want to charge you, not the company itself.

Ordered 2 veggie bowls and a veggie burrito. I asked for rice and beans. And they only put one small scoop of beans in the bowls and when I asked for extra they said it would be a charge but I'm not getting any meat so why is it a charge when the person barely put any beans on in the first place. This place needs management. The beans and rice are always cold

I ordered chipotle for delivery off the app, and ordered a large queso and a bowl. I I went to reheat the queso when it got here because it was cold and noticed 3 pieces of steak in the bottom of it, I am vegetarian because of a meat allergy and had to throw away the whole thing because of the meat. The queso should probably be placed in a different spot because it seems to consistently have pieces of meat in it.

10 stars fr, if you made my bowl on 2/6 at like 10:45 for delivery you’re actually the best ever it was PERFECT AND SO FULL, all my sides were so full and y’all included napkins and a fork!!! Amazing late night service, way to go!!!
