Back pieces are fake!! My daughter already has a allergy!! I got 14k studs for a piercing, $80 plus tax, but for fake backs that gave her a reaction! It's not plated or filled , I went to a pawn shop and they told me it's 100% fake , highly upset , after her 3 months of pain , my daughters ear in the back was crusty and disgusting, until I bought her 14k hoops its been fine now, finally healing after 2 months of real 14k
If your child has any metal allergy be careful because the backing stud is fake fake fake

Hi I would like for your guys to reach out to me in regards to a piercing I received on 06/26/2024
They not only did not give me the rapid care solution but whatever earring they used wasn’t safe either.
I went to the store today and the manager said they don’t offer refunds. Which I know is a lie. And the only thing she could do is offer me a rapid care solution and I informed her that would be pointless because I no longer have the piercing.
She told me it was my responsibility to call the store to tell them I didn’t get the rapid care solution, I said the young lady said she would put it in the bag. And the manager was just awfully rude and unhelpful. And the manager also claimed they didn’t have any business cards.

I had two piercings done there and the truth is I have no complaints. The young woman who treated me was very delicate when it came to doing it and I didn't feel any discomfort.

My daughter was invited to a girl friend from school's 9th birthday party at California Kitchen Pizza in the mall. At the end of the party they all got gift cards in their goodie bags for Claire's where we all went there together to use.
It was such a cute idea. Everyone had a blast and a really fun time shopping there afterwards. This store is Heaven for little girls!

I took my daughter to get her 2nd piercing today and she was nervous. Revina (so sorry if I spelled it wrong) was amazing!! She put her mind at ease, and made sure she was very accurate on the placement of the holes. She was so friendly and so personable!!

Claire’s provides so much for you,although it might be tiny,it is FULL of stuff My daughter just got her second piecing today on her ear The Employee was amazingly nice to us I promise you Claire’s is not a waste of time or money she let us pick which earring we wanted and they provide you with real gold earrings if your child has an allergic reaction to fake gold.They also give you a packet of stuff you need to take care of your ear.thank you for an amazing experience once again Claire’s.
