“After a few diagnostics done at the Wellington Apple Store they told me that apparently my MacBook Pro 2025 had several issues including battery, RAM and motherboard. Since it's an older version they told me it was better to buy one instead of sending it to Apple for repairs. I was very disappointed as its my working laptop, it still looks good and truly wanted to save it.
I ended up giving up the fact had to purchase a new one, but then surprisingly they suggested to take my MacBook Pro 2017 to iTech and check how much they would give me for it. So I went there and met Hayden, he asked me what was wrong with it and I told him the Apple Store background story. I emphasized wanted to save it moreover due to this situation was impacting my business, it was critical for me. He took it back and performed some diagnostics and told me it was possible to save it.
Hayden is very knowledgeable and explains you in plain English so you can understand what's going on with your laptop and what they're going to do with it. I left my laptop only for 1 day, he worked his magic to fix it and my laptop was saved, and without sending it to Apple or been forced to buy a new one.
