Use caution when shopping here and heck over your receipt carefully. Current Cricket customer and I came here to upgrade to a new phone. They tried to charge me Double Taxes for my purchase. They charged tax on the phone( which was fine), then they added an activation fee and then charged tax again on the whole new total. Person working could not understand or explain why the phone cost was getting taxed twice. That's not right. It equated about an extra $30. I ended up canceling the purchase and got my new phone elsewhere.

Great friendly customer service and very helpful to our family Thank you Shawn, Giselle and Amy. This location is recommended. ***REVISED*** On 11/23/18, my Wife and I went in to purchase a new phone Nick the store manager offered me a great deal on the phone. I paid and waited for them to finish setting up my phone to no avail. Nick and Evy tried to put in the sim card. The phone required a tray for the sim card and they didnt have it. I said its no big deal we just need a refund. Nick stated we cant do that. I responded with let me talk to the district manager so I may get my money back. I haven't left the store with any merchandise. Still no refund. While on location I called my bank to dispute the charges. SMDH
