I have been using this cvs location for the last 6 months for my pharmacy on file. Today was my last day as a customer and will be moving my business elsewhere. Over the last several months, there have been issues with getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Including issues constantly with medications being out of stock and them having to "special order" it. Which that special ordering takes days or up to a week for it to arrive. Maybe others can wait, but most of my medications are time sensitive. My most recent out of stock item was needed same day so they transferred it to another location, which in the system said they had it. Spoiler alert, they didn't check first and I spent an afternoon running around trying to find a cvs that had it in stock in the area. The part that has just really been upsetting was the way I was spoken to on the phone this morning. I called a few minutes after 10am to check on the status of medications that were called in at 4pm the day prior. These meds were needed by 6pm so it felt like a reasonable ask considering the stock issues I've previously experienced. I was rudely told by the pharmacy that they had just opened 5 minutes prior and that I needed to call back in 2 hours. I wasn't aware that 10am was their opening time and thought that 10am was a reasonable time to be looking for information on something so time sensitive. Do better CVS.

The Pharmacist Stephanie was outstanding. She helped me resolve an insurance override and helped me to save money on an out of pocket purchase of Humalog. She did all this while being actively engaged in a conference call bringing attention to a FDA notice, taking care me and other customers in addition to supporting the rest of the team as they took care of customers too. Incredible dedication, also she was smiling and pleasant through the whole experience.I am a retail manager and wish my people could be half as good in the customer experience she gave to me and the other customers.

The Pharmacist Stephanie and the other staff are amazing! They keep me informed about my prescriptions as well as send me educational information about my medication. I love the pharmacy team! I wish I had the ability to rate them greater than a 10! :)

This was once a very efficient pharmacy. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. When you call to speak to a pharmacist because your prescription status says in process for days you are on hold for extended periods of time only to be hung up on.....repeatedly! When you do speak to someone they never seem to have the script the doctor sent. Either they are understaffed, unknowledgeable or both. They are polite and friendly in person though.

I just stopped by this spot on my way home. New to the area. An older woman with medium strawberry blonde hair was so helpful and in such a good mood. Funny and kind. She was great. The store was organized and clean. The aisles are situated a little weird and there was no one at the register to check me out so I used the self checkout.

I took my niece to purchase Halloween toys and decorations, and while trying the "touch me displays" the guy there this evening came to watch and asked if we were putting things in the right shelf and looked very bother that we were trying the "touch me" items, why do you have them or ask to test if you're going to have someone on you and looking at you weird while you shop. I'm even thinking of canceling my care card, made me feel so uncomfortable. Very rude as well!!!!!!! Show better customer service, I spend so much on your store for Jim to ask that way towards paying customers, he assumed I was not purchasing, felt completely discriminated.

This pharmacy is a nightmare. I come here occasionally to pick up medications for clients and every time is a disaster. I always call ahead because I know how it is. Today, I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes with no service. I ended up coming in and now I'm still stuck waiting because one medication isn't ready despite them telling me it was on the phone an hour ago. If it weren't for my clients' insurance only covering prescriptions at CVS or Publix, I wouldn't come here. I will recommend that we utilize Publix instead moving forward.

Well, after rating this store a 1 a couple years ago, and still going back, I have to say that they've improved in many ways. Customer service is much better, prescriptions are on time more, and the staff seems happier too.Kudos

Horrible customer service. Waited 1 hour for a prescription that was dropped off 3 hours earlier.Got a call that my prescription was ready. When I got to the pharmacy they could not find it.No one apologized for the inconvenience of the wait, in fact the pharmacy tech informed me and the 4 other people waiting to call corporate.The Pharmacist ignored everyone.

The older man in the front of the store and sometimes on register (Wellington, FL location) seemed nice at first but is such a CREEP and condescending every time I go in. I along with other people avoid him. I think his name is Tony. He greets with "hello there young lady" every time. When he rang me up as I was purchasing alcohol he asked me how old I was in which I replied my age, he then asked for my ID. I've never been asked my age instead of simply asking for my ID. As he was looking at my ID he goes "ah what a nice smile you have... it's a shame you have to wear a mask to cover it up".Maybe he just thinks he's being friendly but know your audience and know when people are clearly uncomfortable by you. He explains things to you as if you're dumb.It makes going here so unpleasant.

Covid vaccine STAY AWAY! An appointment was sent away after a 2 and a half hour wait. The technician who was supposed to work until 7 wanted to go home at 6 thirty leaving people helpless. Manager TONY...WHO WOULDNT GIVE HIS LAST NAME (KNOWING HE CANT MANAGE THIS VITAL TASK) gave ludicrous reasons for the delay. Tony you suck, as many of these poor reviews establish. You should have made sure these customers left with appointments, after all they waited as long as they did to get them. POOR EXCUSES AND MANAGEMENT. YOU SHOULD GET A PINK SLIP.

Nicest people, but the pharmacy is way under-staffed. I've never spent less than 20 minutes picking up or even dropping off a prescription. You'd think they would notice the constant line of 5-10 people but I guess not.
