I waited patiently while the staff was busy packaging medicines and training a new employee. When the representative Kelsey Bonust finally attended to me, she was very impatient and informed me that she could not transfer a prescription from one CVS to another because it had been transferred more than once, despite it not being a controlled substance. She further mentioned that my other medication was unavailable and that she couldn't assist me in finding another location that had it in stock. When I asked her again to verify if there was any way to check other CVS locations, she responded rudely, saying, "I can look for you, but just because it says they have it doesn’t mean you can get it; it’s a hard medicine to get, and people before you need it too." I found her additional commentary unnecessary and felt that, as a patient who had waited patiently, I deserved a respectful and helpful conversation without being talked down to or receiving unnecessary attitude.
I can understand somebody having a bad day, but when you are front facing to customer’s , you need to leave your personal issues outside and be a presentable human. Or like the saying says, treat others as you’d like to be treated. Fortunately I went to the CVS on Forrest hill and boy was it night and day. Heather helped me in seconds to transfer the “impossible” medicine and I didn’t even have to wait. I’m still shocked

Antonio was absolutely amazing and helpful during my shopping experience. I was greeted upon entry and at checkout was pleasantly informed of how I can maximize savings at CVS. I would highly recommend shopping here at this location because of how clean, friendly, and knowledgeable the staff is.

CVS in 800 S State Road Seven is an excellent store. Pharmacy pertains are very good in the service and Liliana in Customer Service is willing to help you in any thing you need always ready to help.

CVS Pharmacy is falling apart. The workers look stressed and overworked. They seem to be trying their best for what they have.

My fiancé and I were shocked on how good the service was and he also signed us up for a rewards program. I have never heard of it and have been to plenty of CVS before. I believe his name was Anthony. We walked out to the car and my fiancé said that it’s amazing that someone that works at cvs gave us that much customer service and greeted us from the moment we walked in, but someone that is a server or in the service industry who relies on tips treats you like they are entitled to tips regardless of service provided. I agreed and went back in and had to tell him that he did an exceptional job and that we both appreciated his quality of service.

Very organized store and really good customer service. I've never had a problem with any of the employees, on the contrary, everyone has been very helpful. Will keep getting my prescriptions sent to this location.

The store “manager” clarence is a weird guy. He has bad customer service and social skills. He didnt greet me when I walked in and instead gave me a dirty look. Its very obvious he was talking to the employees about me. It seems like he was profiling me. I was extremely uncomfortable shopping there when I experienced this employee. However when I checked out, the cashier George was extremely friendly and pleasant which was the only nice part of shopping at this store. Cvs please train your “managers” better. Youre definitely losing business from having that clown as run that store.

I miss the days of coming to this pharmacy and having someone helping you through problems that arise. Since the beginning of this year, they have a few new people in the pharmacy. One of them is a young man who's very nice and helpful, the other is a young lady who's not at all (both of which I can't remember their names). I have two medications for which I have manufacture coupons for big discounts and have been using at this location for a long time. There was another pharmacy attendant that would help me when there was a problem with the coupon and the prescription, this young laday refuses to do that. She puts it all on the customer to make phone calls and do research instead of her helping out. Guess I might be going elsewhere for my medications.

I have been using this cvs location for the last 6 months for my pharmacy on file. Today was my last day as a customer and will be moving my business elsewhere. Over the last several months, there have been issues with getting prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Including issues constantly with medications being out of stock and them having to "special order" it. Which that special ordering takes days or up to a week for it to arrive. Maybe others can wait, but most of my medications are time sensitive. My most recent out of stock item was needed same day so they transferred it to another location, which in the system said they had it. Spoiler alert, they didn't check first and I spent an afternoon running around trying to find a cvs that had it in stock in the area. The part that has just really been upsetting was the way I was spoken to on the phone this morning. I called a few minutes after 10am to check on the status of medications that were called in at 4pm the day prior. These meds were needed by 6pm so it felt like a reasonable ask considering the stock issues I've previously experienced. I was rudely told by the pharmacy that they had just opened 5 minutes prior and that I needed to call back in 2 hours. I wasn't aware that 10am was their opening time and thought that 10am was a reasonable time to be looking for information on something so time sensitive. Do better CVS.

Awful pharmacy! They don’t care about the patients or their well being. Went there tonight after waiting for my prescription for TWO days. They never acknowledged filling the prescription. Waited in the drive through for 3-4 minutes. As I pulled into the window….they closed it at 7:59. Mind you, I had to drive through all of the parking lot tape/construction which slowed me down. Had I felt better, or known they were going to deny me service, I would’ve went inside. Now, I need to wait another 12 hours to get medicine I NEED. This will no longer be my preferred pharmacy!!!! Terrible service.
