My wife brought my son in for a small wart so immediately even without biopsy results they reported it as possible sexual abuse making us spend the worst two weeks of my life with an open police case and in the end everything was fine very unprofessional on their part the worst place to go

Don’t waste your time! I wish I would have read reviews of this place before booking. It’s obvious that there is an ongoing problem with the doctors having no regard for a patient’s time. My son had his first appointment there today and we waited in the waiting room for over an hour. The front desk didn’t care at all and couldn’t give us an estimated time of when we would be seen. So we left.I don’t think the doctors, or this establishment care very much because there have been multiple reviews over the years, addressing this issue, and it is clearly not resolved.Dermatologist nurse practitioners are a dime a dozen, and I wasn’t waiting any longer to find out if this one was even a good one.

This doctor has an incompetent staff. They couldn't get my insurance information correct, after waiting for an hour and a half I left. I called a diiferent today gave tham my insurance information after 10minutes I have an appointment.

I have been going to this center for about 2 years. Last week was my last visit and I did't even see the Dr. because i was so far past my appointment time i had to leave to get back to work. The front desk staff, barley look at you, they are completely indifferent. No follow up call from the Dr. to check on anything or from the office to reschedule. I am sure they couldn't care less that they lost a patient, and it totally shows. Complete disregard for patient care or respect for anyone's time.

I had my first appointment with Dr. String yesterday morning. Staff is unfriendly and I had to wait an hour with no apologies.I went for an annual check up since I’ve been battling Melasma since 30 + years .He was outstanding, very personable and thorough. I’ll return once I can to have their aesthetician use their VI peel on me once I can afford it.I do t have the flexibility to wait an hour again so unfortunately can’t return next year.

I am tremendously disappointed by their office staff. They didn’t properly record the appointment I made 1 month ago for an issue I asked to be seen “as soon as possible for”. Waited over an hour and left. No apologies and no concerns for their mismanagement. The providers are good, but how can you see them with this office staff?

Our family is new to Dr. Strong's practice. I had made an appointment for my husband back in early November and there was about a month wait to get in to see the doctor. Honestly this doctor is worth the wait. Husband needed to have a suspicious spot on his head checked. Check in with reception was quick and easy. There was about a 45 min wait to be seen but that wasn't unreasonable. Dr. Strong checked hubby from head to toe. He took the time to answer our questions and did a great job of offering options on removal and treatment. Thank you Dermatology Center of Wellington for a great experience!

I was calling there to get some information and I was put on hold multiple times back to back all three times for over 7 minutes long that I was waiting so I just hung up all three times. As soon as the person answered they just said can I put you on hold and that was it and then a couple times I got connected just to get put back on hold

I go to my appts. & always see Dr. Sarah Kennedy....It's a pleasure every time to the utmost....The staff is excellent & the way they run their office I am impressed with..They are very organized & I never have to wait for more than 10-14 min for my name to be called. Dr. Sarah Kennedy really gives me the impression that she cares for her patients, paying very close attention to find what she's looking for from head to toe!! I must say......out of all the Dr.s I have to see having to do with my health, her & her staff are my #1 favorite....So thanx again guys, you're doing a great job....keep it up & you'll always have to put up with me as your patient!! I was seen within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Stacy Rosenblum is amazing. She was very thorough, addressed all of my skin concerns and has the best bedside manner. I highly recommend her!

Yes, you will wait an hour or more. Yes, Dr Strong is direct and brief when appropriate. I have been going to this office for 10+ years. You will not be mollycoddled here. Most visits are less than 10 minutes because most conditions are obvious to him and treatment straightforward. BUT if something is seriously wrong (like cancerous or whatever) you will be seen for as long as it takes...period. This is how he gets behind. I especially appreciate how he explains what's wrong and what needs to be done even though I have come home on several occasions and had to google his explanations because I haven't been to medical school. This is a no BS office. Maybe he could be a little more entertaining but I will always chose scrupulous care over banal pleasantries.

Total disrespect for a patients time. 9:00 Appt (first appointment of the day) I arrived at 8:50 with one other patient in the waiting room. Took me to the exam room at 9:00 AM sat there for 45 minutes with no acknowledgement. Heard numerous other exam room doors open and close and greeting of patients. We have been coming here for years. The staff is friendly, as is the doctor; however, we have NEvER been seen at our appointment times. We have ALWAYS had to wait more than an hour beyond our scheduled time...morning, mid-day, and afternoon. It doesn't matter. Even the first appointments of the morning fall more than an hour behind. I work at a doctor's office, and we would never disrespect our patients and their time like this office does. It's infuriating!
