I recently visited Dillard’s at The Mall at Wellington Green for the first time and had a fantastic shopping experience. I was in need of a few items and found a range of high-quality products. The store is well-organized, and had a great selection for me to choose frozen .
What truly made my visit exceptional was the assistance I received from Cecilia. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, ensuring that I found the perfect items to suit my needs. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to customer satisfaction made my shopping experience both enjoyable and efficient.

Good selection..Basically a high end Macy's. Maybe I was underdressed, but the guy I'm shoes would NOT leave me alone. I was respectful, but don't want someone breathing down my neck. Very uncomfortable.

I was looking for a gown for my daughters wedding. This is the place to go to. The selection is amazing. They even had some macduggals! No other dept store had as good as selection, and I have been to them all! The sales person Amoria was amazing.

Accolades galore to the salesperson Paula and the women's department manager, both of whom, without questions or hassles, exchanged a pair of slacks for me, which apparently were defective after tremendous shrinking from washing. They, without hesitation, allowed an even exchange for the same pair despite my not having a receipt, but I had brought another identical pair with me from a prior purchase that still had the price tag on it.
Their attention and most pleasant attitudes in addressing the problem made for a most appreciative shopping experience.
Dillards customer service is outstanding!
