I’ve now had 2 bad experiences in which I feel compelled to share. I have been to this store multiple times to buy batteries for carts. The first time I spent close to 50.00 on their highly recommended ucan battery’s and not even a month later, it won’t charge or power. They wouldn’t allow me to exchange for a new one at all. I decided, like a moron, to go back and give them more money, and bought a cheapish 20,00 battery, that the employee highly recommended to me and again, not even a month later, the battery decided to charge but not power on, so I brought to the store, the employee remembered me, and was not able to exchange for a new, working one, once again. I also asked for a discount to foolishly purchase another one but that was not allowed either so I walked out disappointed again. Prior to it breaking, I took my good friend in to purchase the same square battery about a week ago, and the same thing happened to that battery as well, and will not work properly. Needless to say, I will not be returning there ever again And I wanted it to be known that they never take broken merch back if it’s broken.

I bought a delta 8 product last night... it was defective did not hit. it light flashed twice meaning it was old or used. Do not buy anything from here unless you're looking to spend 40+ dollars on defective products. I told the kid working the desk that it didnt work. He switched it out 3 times, all of them were defective and did not turn on or hit. I asked for a refund and was denied.

Dealt with Jason who seemed he was not on this planet. Sold me a faulty device I contacted the store spoke to Jason he told me that since I was there in the last 10 minutes that as long as I made it back before his shift ended he could help me out if it was a faulty device. I had to leave work again, to then get back to the store after being told it would be handled which being a very frequent customer I am aware of their return policy. So that is why I came immediately. I proved it was a faulty device, he didn’t have any other pods so he opened a second device and tried that pod in my new system I just bought and found out it was a faulty pod. He had me leave with my faulty pod with the manager on the phone that he refused to go speak to to find a solution. I had to go across the street to buy a new one for cheaper that works. Don’t go here, rip off and bad customer service. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

To you Jason and to the owner of the store. I’ve been a frequent buyer at this store for about 3 years now every year I set up an account. Mind you I prefer not to carry my wallet around. Still set an account up. Gold star means gold star. On 4 separate occasions I have seen him sell to minors and people without accounts (without I.d). Also would like to mention he has also sold to me without even asking for my account.Then acts like a white knight of some sort and asks for my I.d every time with my accounts gold star.

Went to purchase a glass piece and after doing so went to the car and started to remove the price tag. Upon doing so found that the price tag was hiding a crack in the glass. Someone had strategically placed the price tag over the crack and still put it for sale. Went in to ask for a refund seeing as there was no similar piece to exchange it for and was told that we could not get a refund. Only store credit. I've been giving store credit in the past, and if you do not use it right away, it mysteriously disappears. We would be even attempted to speak to the owner or manager, which ever it was who would not budge, even after the employee explained what happened. The sign inside the store is camouflaged by merchandise, so it was not evident that they do not do refunds. I have been a customer there for quite some time and explained that to the person in charge on the phone. Let them know that this would be a silly thing to lose business over however, he did not seem interested. Seems to me customer service does not play a role there .

if I could give zero stars I would. Kid at the register was a a** hat who doesn't welcome or help people when they walk into the store, rather go to elevated to get my stuff.
