This is by far the worst store (Express) I’ve ever been!! No way they have a 4.1 star rating that’s definitely fake. I’ve been a fan of Express for more than 20 years and I have never left a bad review. This is my first time I leave a review and last time I would ever shop in that store. Customer service is awful and the manager as well, Express should closed this location. They have very limited knowledge about Express returns policy, online orders and overall Express products. Breaks my heart how Express is on the path on shutting down completely. :(

Horrible customer service!! Was total ignored..when others walked in they were greeted. I guess if I spoke Spanish I might have been noticed. Please do better!!!

I came into Express to make a return and after receiving my return receipts, I had noticed the amount going back onto my card was not the original amount I had paid. Joshua was a huge help by offering to look into it further, even contacting Customer Support and staying on the phone for nearly 30 minutes until it was corrected. Thank you again Joshua!

The clothes are fashionable and the whole place is very nice, but the worker is kind of a harasser, arriving she asks me do you want something or are you coming to see? and me ?️??️, obviously if I go in to buy clothes or I'm just looking and the truth is it made me feel very uncomfortable because in West Palm or Boca Raton they have never received me like that in that store. In this store I feel that there is more variety of clothing.

Jadyn was amazing great customer service! Showed her exactly what I needed and even though it was not available at the moment she double checked and was able to find the size I needed! Great experience will definetly be back!

Love this location however I bought 2 pairs of jeans this past Saturday and one of the pair has a bad/strong odor. Smell is a mix of mothballs and some type of bug spray smell. I have washed twice and cannot get the smell out. Anyone else run into this??

I walked in and was instantly greeted by Jayden I’m not sure if she was a manager but she definitely should be.she let me know about the sales going on and helped me at the register .fun fact Jayden has the most beautiful eyes I’ve seen so it made the visit much much better ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

That was horrible ! It look so good but taste is totally different . Chicken tasted like cooked in boiled dish water . Absolutely horrible and mistake. 3-4 hour later after that food ( that i couldnt finish how bad was it ) My belly hurts so bad .. I felt nausea and couldn't even think about any food. It tasted so bad . No taste or not good taste.
