Visited this store on December 28th the young man who I asked to helped me was very uninterested in helping like I was interrupting his phone call. Earbud in ear. I chose not to allow him to get commission and left the store without purchasing the shoes I wanted. Went back on December 29th the young man who helped me was very kind and polite. I purchased the shoe I wanted but not without discouragement. A guy who was wondering around the store to avoid law enforcement stepped in front of me to purchase his shoe then I had to give my Emi’s and phone number to get a e-receipt because the store was out of receipt paper. Needless to say I will never go back to this Footlocker.

Syan the "assistant manager" is one of the most unprofessional, unproductive "managers" there is. Waited an hour and a half, to find out our order didn't arrive at the store even though it was saying it was delivered. she forced her other coworkers to do her job and proceeded to cuss up a storm, and drop things all over the store. Also, stressing her whole crew out and hiding in the back to not help customers. she was very irrational in the way she proceeded to deal with the whole situation. Praying for her crew members to deal with her.

I ordered online and my package came from this store. They left me a note saying thank you and a coupon for next time with a smiley face. Im a sucker for personalization , so thank you so much team Wellington! I got my package ! :)

Mike and Alex were extremely helpful and patient. I brought in my younger brother. Not only did they resize his foot; he was assisted with finding sneakers and two outfits to match. thankyou again!!

I would like to input my levels of concerns regarding co-manager Christopher P. As a former employee at Footlocker at Wellington Green I have always felt uncomfortable around Chris due to his constant use of derogatory comments towards me and my female coworkers that were very inappropriate for the workplace. His levels of leniency to his employees would often be foreshadowed by very improper and unsuitable conversations that were extremely unnecessary and unprofessional. Going to work eventually became a very uncomfortable task due to his attitudes towards me. Following my departure from this store Chris continued to make these unprofessional comments in front of numerous employees who were able to confirm the severity of the incident. I hope in the future there is better representation as far as management goes for this store. Employees should feel comfortable going to work every shift but that was not the case for me due to this specific manager.

I bought 2 pairs of shorts, via Apple Pay. Was not given a receipt at time of purchase, which is normal with Apple Pay being that it is saved on your phone.Shorts didn’t fit so I went in the following day to return them..manager tells me they cannot refund to my card ONLY STORE CREDIT. Not only can they ONLY do store credit BUT they claim their policy states that they can ONLY GIVE ME $29.99 for each short I payed $75.00 PLUS TAX for the day before. I even had the manager ring up the SAME SHORTS IM RETURNING and the price came up as $75.00 each. The tags were still on the shorts, etc. This is ABSURD.The ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE HERE, I’ve never had any issue like this in the past at ANY shoe store. Stay away from this place. Complete rip off,

Well unfortunately it you loose your receipt your kinda sol unlike big box stores. So make sure you don't get rid of it until you know you don't need to exchange them.

This store is so unorganized there is literally only 1 person on the out helping us which is the the short girl with the blond hair. There’s a store full of customers with only one person to help? That’s ridiculous. Y’all need to get new management or close this down.

Best footlocker in the Palm Beaches. The staff is fun and take of you. Customer service on point. Big beautiful store with a Kids Footlocker inside. Two store in one... That's unique and awesome. Your one stop shop for the family.

To whom it may concern,My name is Natalia J Roche, former full time employee of Foot Locker at Wellington Green store #08718. I am filing a complaint against Ms. Daisy Sanchez, co-manager at the store mentioned above for violating more than one time the Foot Locker Company policy.A- False accusations against my person. On May 23rd 2022 Ms. Daisy sent a text message to my General Manager Mr. Cory Peart stating I was on the phone my entire shift, Ms. Daisy did not or refused to assign a task for me to complete throughout my shift and did not talk to me the entire day. I proceeded to attend incoming customers and to run the register while Ms. Daisy spent most of the time at the House of Hoops section. Her lack of communication towards myself made me feel very uncomfortable. After a few hours I decided to use my phone and made 2 calls to my mother to explain the situation since my General Manager Mr. Cory Peart was out on vacation. Later on my mother showed up to the store to see how I was doing and then left so I could complete my shift.B- Threatening. On another day (I don't recall the date) she stated "I am cleaning house" meaning firing people and continuing with a very negative attitude against the staff including myself. The very short time that I worked with Ms. Daisy was very stressful due to the fact she lacks managing skills.Below are listed a series of events that occurred in the store while I was in training to become an assistant manager therefore the employees at store #08718 notified me about several situations.1- Assistant Manager Mr. Osmany Gerardo, on one occasion (beginning of March) he showed up to the store late (within the 15 mins grace period provided by the company) As soon as Mr. Osmany walked into the store gave Ms. Daisy Sanchez a warm welcome and try to introduce himself when Ms. Daisy reply to him in a very disrespectful manner "you're late"forcing Mr. Osmany to remove himself from the conversation.2- Part Time Associate Ms. Amiera Arias, on March 14th 2022, Ms. Amiera became aware that Ms. Daisy was not fond of Ms. Amiera because in Ms. Daisy's opinion Ms. Amiera was too slow and Ms. Daisy, with her lack of professionalism, personally made that statement to me.3- Part Time Associate Mr. Ruben Gonzales, on April 1rst 2022, Mr. Ruben (Champs employee) and Ms. Zaida Gonzales (Foot Locker employee) showed up to Foot Locker store #08718 one hour before the store closed and Ms. Daisymade hand gestures signaling Mr. Ruben to leave the store and prior to the incident she told me that she will approve me to go home early if I take Mr. Ruben and Ms. Zaida with me out of the store.4- Part Time Cashier Ms. Shelley Cabrera, on April 1rst 2022, after Mr. Ruben and Ms. Zaida left the store Ms. Daisy told Ms. Shelley "take the hint next time" using abuse of power against the employee.

Gave this store 5 stars because of Cory and Dillions customer service. Both guys was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. The one lady daisy was not very helpful she was upfront by the window on her phone and just wasn’t very polite and didn’t look approachable but I tried anyways and u could tell she just didn’t want to be bothered. So I just decided to ask for help from someone else and it was Cory who was very helpful and friendly and Dillion was also helpful in finding my kids shoes. These gentleman saved my experience at this store.
