Was told I can not hold nor inspect a USED PlayStation portable by a small bald/long hair guy. Very rude very unprofessional! Will never return to this location!

I'm really upset with GameStop for not honoring the warranty on my gaming console. Despite having all the necessary documents, their staff refused to provide any assistance or a valid explanation. This experience has completely diminished my trust in their services and promises. Beware if you're relying on their warranties!

Waited 20 minutes with my son … planned to spend lots of $$ for his birthday and all he wanted was Pokémon stuff. Guy working in the store was on the phone the entire time so we just left. Managed to find a card trading shop which he seemed to like way better anyway. This place needs to be restaffed imo.
