My nail tech, Bella, was amazing! She did a great job on my mani pedi, the massage was bomb and great conversation! She also gave some great advice for my low iron levels lol bonus points!! Go see her!

Had an appointment on a Sunday went for my appointment then they told me that they had no one available. I will NEVER be going back the only good tech is Morgan everyone else is horrible and the customer service is horrible

My friend has been coming here for years, she recommends everyone to this place, she gets next gen for 50$ and it’s amazing! she’s taken me here twice for a simple manicure no polish no gel just clean up and both times it was disappointing, the first time it was about a 20 minute service for 25$ definitely overpriced but not horrible and the lady did a good job, I came in again with my friend again, Helen did my manicure while my friend got her normal next gen next to me, hers came out great for 50$ mine was 30$ for a simple clean up manicure that lasted 10 minutes, the salon was mostly empty yet she rushed through the manicure and painfully cut my cuticles, my middle nail cuticle was in pain for hours after and bleeding all day, i don’t pick my nails or cuticles and the cuticle she cut was perfectly intact before hand, the lady doing my friend said “ooh cut?” to her and she ignored her while continuing to cut my cuticles never cleaning the blood and then buffed over it not avoiding the cut cuticle at all, if you’re coming here for next gen or anything like that they are great! place is also clean and nice but simple manicures are rushed and overpriced

The owner made sure we were taken care of amazingly! Even took my 3 year old daughter for her first time and she had a blast! Will be coming back.

$45 for Nexgen which is fair right. Nope. They don't even cut your cuticles for that price. They dip your fingers two times and your done. When asked about cleaning up the cuticles like every place does , it's $10 extra for that. YOURE KIDDING ME RIGHT? How about Gel polish on my toes (no pedicure just polish ) $30!!!! This place is a fking joke. I WILL NEVER BE BACK FOR THEIR CRAPPY OVER PRICED SERVICE

Went there to get my nails done the girl that did my nails horrible job just looks how she did my nails $70 dollars for this and on top they charge you to put on nail tips like how if you aint got nails how they supposed to make your nail longer 1st and last time i. I am not to sure if everyone is using the sterilization machines at all times. I had my nails done and when she was almost done she put the cutter back in her bin with a cover. Now when I asked her she said they use alcohol then should me the nnachine and then all of a sudden she had a bunch of things to put in machine that she did not use on me. The sink when I went to wash my hand was very dirty. The mat when you come in needed to be vacuum, it had nail clipping all over. I am use to every client you get bag of items needed for service and after everything goes back. When she was done she pointed to where to sit to dry, not walking over to see if machine was on. Not a good experience. I hope no one get an infection from going to this place. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to for this.

Very bad service by Tom..!!! ( Acrylics- $45, nail shape- $5 and Gel color $18)…Worst service for this price….!!! Place close at 7 and I went at 5:40..Still he was mad to do my nails and was in rush. He did not greet me, did not speak 1 single word. I politely said I need acrylic short nails as I work in Jewelery store and have brittle nails. He started doing acrylic on my nails insted of tip. I said it breaks my nails at work so please put tip as I requested at front desk. ?He told me somethng very rude and started giving me attitude despite me being super polis. I asked him at 6:05 that if I still have time to do gel paint on feet? He did not answer purposely. I asked again- He goes” finish this first and then”. I was never ever ever treated this rudely at any place. Owners can check cameras if needs proof. Don’t go…!!!! I will never come back here and will never send any if our mall customers here!

I wanted to get my eyebrows wax but the technician said that my eyebrows were to curly. I honestly found to be low key racist.
Felt like the tech was rushing me it was very unpleasant feeling being there I will never go there again. The worst nail salon.

Writing for wife-- I don't get mine done. She got next gen which are supposed to last, but they didn't last a week. She back and they redid them for 25. This time lasted less than a week. She's not going back.

I received a gift card for my birthday. YAY. I went there for brown wax, pedicure and a set of nails.i have been back twice already. Lilly is great, she does my pedicure and Eyebrow waxing. Annie does my nails ?. She is totally awesome. Her nail art rocks. I do recommend Gravity Nail & Spa You get totally pampered when you go.The place is very clean. Everyone is friendly and professional

The tech they gave me did not speak one word of English. There was zero communication. I went for a spa pedicure but she couldn’t ask me what I wanted so I got what basically was a polish change for 35.00 a waste of my day.Will never return
