So I cant speak on how well this place does a massage because even though I have scheduled two appointments I have yet to actually receive any services. My first appointment was canceled due to my masseuse being “sick”. They called me to cancel my appointment and had no viable suggestions on when I could reschedule my appointment. I understand people get sick and I would much rather her call out then come in sick but I feel that because the cancellation was in their part and not mine that there should have been some accommodations to reschedule my appointment that fit my schedule. I tried to reschedule my appointment but it was near impossible to make one with my availability unless I wanted to do it weeks out, which considering how tight my muscles were I did not. So I rescheduled at a different location only to show up for my appointment and be told they don’t accept my gift card I had for the appointment. Okay again a little frustrating because when I booked the appointment I had to enter the gift card information and no where did it tell me that the gift card was only accepted at certain locations. I was offered to proceed with my appointment at a certain rate which I refused because I just wanted to use this gift card. I’m not going to lie I was a little pissed off but again not really a big deal…until the front desk lady threatened me with a cancellation fee! Um excuse me??? No where did it say I couldn’t use the gift card at certain locations and why wasn’t this brought up when I entered the gift card information into the website when I booked the appointment a week ago???!?? After the absolute worst costumer service I have ever received I decided to leave a review to warn others.

I come to see Genna for my monthly facial visits and she always makes me feel comfortable and gives great advice for at home skin care! Thank you Genna for simply being the best!

If you are thinking about coming here, skip it. Service is absolutely terrible, the management is clueless, and overall customer service is worthless. I’m not sure about all the other locations, but do yourself a favor and skip this location. Hire a private massager instead, that’s what my wife did and everything has been great ever since. Whatever you do, don’t get fooled into their monthly membership. Once you add up your services and what you paid, it’s a total rip off!

I recently visited Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa company, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed with their services. The massage therapist was good, he did a good job, but I was nickel and dimed for every little additional service they offered. It felt like they were more concerned with making a quick buck than actually providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience for their clients. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality massage without any hidden fees or charges. Stay away!

In canceling my membership the off boarding process was cumbersome. I had to forfeit 2 services because I refused to pay the current amount due. As a result of their policy, they have lost me, my family and close friends a customer. I will never do business with Hand and Stone again.

Used the website to buy a Christmas gift card. Prices seemed high for the gift card versus what was online a few days after. There was no easy way for me to re-send the gift card to the recipient. The recipient, however, gets regular services at the facility so I went along with it. I wouldn't go there by choice.

I had to end my association with this company because of what I consider inappropriate and offensive remarks made by Aubrey Fernandez. Despite numerous requests to close my account, she opted to suspend it, resulting in unnecessary complications and unwarranted charges for services I didn't use. My hopes for a positive experience with Hand and Stone were not met, and it's disheartening to have severed a decade-long business relationship with Massage Envy for this company!

My first time coming was early December, I came in with a gift card from my loved one and had an amazing experience! Like so great I signed up for a membership! As signing up I ask soo much questions and feel as if the assistant manager yana is answering everything correct. She tells me I’m going to be charged on the 5th of January and I get 1 massage a month ! I ask when am I able to book my free massage … she booked me for 2 weeks . Yesterday I went to my appointment with the same lady I went to the first time who then took me to the back at 1:03pm . Then went over guidelines as always and made me sign . Then left the room so I can take my clothes off . Came back in after 1:15 and started my massage . That literally felt like a baby was playing with me . I left a 30 tip the first time . Maybe that wassnt enough so she didn’t care to put more energy into me . When she taps me and says we are all done it’s 1:50 on the dot . She started my 50 minute massage at 1pm even though she didn’t touch me until after 1:15. Pleas please please check the camera in the waiting room to see when I walked in and out . Physically no way I got a 50 min massage. I was pissed but not soo pissed because it was “my free monthly one” . However on the way out I was stopped and asked for a 70$ payment since I came in before the 5th. After I explained the assistant manager yana set me up and answered alll questions. I’m not the confused one you are . They didn’t provide a apology or anything it’s like their use to telling people the wrong information to get them back and then asking for payments after the massage .. giving SCAM because y’all knew when you set the appointment I made sure I didn’t have to pay anything until after the holidays . It’s holiday time . I have kids and a family …. I’m not taking 70 out my pocket for a massage during this season . It’s financially dumb for me ! This place has no remorse for anyone or the holiday season. I will continue to call corporate every day until I am reimbursed for a 50 minute massage That i clearly did not get like I said, please check those cameras this will become a legal matter . I will keep my membership and go to a better location that’s unfortunately farther from me.
