Bad service. I wasn’t aware of a product that fell in my bag. I returned it and they said that I’m no longer allowed to even pay for something there. I even left my bags on a table out in the open and they still didn’t let me enter. I left there crying. No point in going to the Wellington mall if you can’t go in your favorite store

Such a great store. I'm so happy they still have them around. Especially that they are still in store shopping. There's something about the experience of just browsing through and reading all the shirts and looking at all the cool trinkets. They're definitely just as much fun to shop in as I remembered from being younger. And Brittany was a huge help. Very kind and suggested we sign up online to receive discounts. We didn't even know about so that was great

We were in about a week ago and helped by the manager. When we couldn’t find a top in the size we needed, she showed us a few similar options in store and checked for it online. My teen is indecisive but she was very patient with her. We are in the area about every two weeks and make it a point to go by the store to see what’s new! Everyone’s always been extremely friendly, helpful, and for the amount of stuff they sell - very organized and clean!

I love hot topic. This is a new location for me. Since it’s 30ish minutes away. The sales woman who checked me out wasn’t very friendly. Acted like she just didn’t want to be there and spoke in a monotone voice. The Boynton beach mall location which is 2 minutes from me everyone who works there is so friendly. They chat as they check you out. They also ask if want to use any rewards things I might have. I also get a 15 dollar hot topic cash (if that’s what it’s called) Everytime I shop there. The Wellington location the lady didn’t ask me anything about rewards. Didn’t get an hot topic cash thing. When she was down all she said was your bags right here than walked away. I work in customer service so I understand if she’s having a bad day but she made me feel like I was inconveniencing her job of stocking some shelf while two other workers stood on the back side of the counter complaining about another work who will get mad about something they aren’t doing or didn’t have. Didn’t catch the sales associates name but she was awesome. Went to the back and found exactly what I was looking for, she also signed me up for the loyalty program where I got an extra 10% off on my purchase :) very happy
