The necklaces online were 55% off and you could use a coupon for an additional 35% off. I came back online a day later. Not even 24 hours later and the necklace is full price with a new code for 60% off and you can't combine coupons. These necklaces are over priced to begin with. Amazon and Walmart will shut this place down and I can't wait to see it.

This is a Dime Store. They carry literal garbage for merchandise. The employees are non English and racist. Buyer beware.

Have great prices and deals. Clean and organized with great customer service. Sales clerk stop what she was doing and went above and beyond to try to help me find a product they didn't have. I didn't get what I came for, but the help was appreciated.

I went to the store to return a product that I never used with its tags intact and I was treated very badly, accusing me of having used the clothes and the cashier tore off the place tag saying that I had put it there when the previous garment They accepted it and it had the same label in the same place

Photos felt rushed. Girl at the counter was overwhelmed because they had someone call out. When it was time to order the pictures I just ordered the entire photo album because they were in such a hurry. I don’t think I will be returning back for anymore photos.

I was very disappointed today. I was hoping to treat myself to a watch this year as there was a sale going on. I waited at the jewelry counter for at least 10 minutes to be told I had to wait in the main line that had at least 50 people in it. The lady working wasn’t helping anyone at the time she could have easily scanned my watch and been on her way. She seemed to only want to help the people buying hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry. I am a college student who now felt less than today.

They keep changing, now 1 main cashier area per floor. Men's clothes were wrinkled, I had to take dress shirts to the dry cleaners to get pressed.

Bought school clothes online and had to return most due to their size chart. Had to go to store to return as they don't offer free return shipping. Instead of asking if I wanted a store credit so we could exchange for larger sizes that day, employee credited my card which takes 3-7 working days. Now I must wait to be credited until exchanging the returns. Meanwhile, son picked out 2 outfits and a bathing suit he wanted, so $67 more dollars spent.

Today I shopped for Haggar pants in this J.C. Penney after reading the sign that said “$29.99 Haggar iron-free classic pants regular $70.” I found three pairs on the hanger in front of the sign. When I took them to the register they were still $70. That is known as bait and switch. The pants on the shelf, of which there are few are on sale. That is the bait. All other classic pants are full price. That is the switch. The store would not honor the price because the classic Haggar pants I took to the register, the cashier claimed, came from the rod. I will never shop in this store again. I suggest when you shop at the Wellington Mall store you pay close attention to how they cheat the customers because it is how you will be cheated. Under the law, they should honor their sale sign. This store would rather cheat you than follow the law.

They do not care at all. Looks like an old dirty flea market but worse. Might as well follow the trend
Retail is in the toilet. The attitudes of nasty employees is pitiful. For decades they were a good store. Not now. It is corporate that only allows 1 or 2 employees. Cheap does nothing for success. Not going back. Just close and stop the bleeding. Merchandise is old garbage.

We had excellent service by Ann Marie Mohammed from the Lingerie Department. She fitted my sister for bras and panties. Now my sister is getting the proper fit and support. A wonderful salesperson in Ann Marie.
