“Aniya and Kalise were wonderful. My daughter is 5 and she has been back and forth with wanting her ears pierced so we just made the decision to finally get them done. “I called Kay a few days ago before taking my ring to get cleaned and inspected and I can honestly say that Marc the store manager was the kindest and so helpful over the phone he even gave me an appt to go to his store and drop off my ring. As soon as I got to the store and asked for Marc the staff was very kind but Marc was besides nice, patient, polite and helpful he went beyond everything to make sure that my ring will be taking good care of and be able to get my ring back in 2 weeks. I honesty recommend this jewelry store but specially to be seeing by Marc…. He is amazing and the kindest manager I’ve interacted with in a very long time. I will definitely come back soon. “Van Dell jewelers recently made a men’s ring for me using gold, a tanzanite stone and diamonds all of which I had from jewelry I never wore. I gave them a photo of a design I liked and the ring they created for me was absolutely MAGNIFICENT!!! I have been going to Van Dell for quite a long time and have never been disappointed in the customer service and the quality of their items and work. Alex is a magician with the things he has worked on for me but the ring he made for me is extremely beautiful to say the least. I am overwhelmed with its beauty, size, attractiveness, etc., etc., . Alex you are absolutely the best!!! I had the pleasure of meeting Jack Van Dell for the first time and he is ACES!!! Take my word, do not use any other jeweler in Palm Beach County. This is the only place hands down!! Thanks again Alex, Jack, and everyone who works there. I give them a 20 star rating!!!”
“I visited the Pandora at Palm Beach Wellington Mall this past Monday and two lovely ladies Daniela and Haley helped me out tremendously. I went in and told Daniela I had a large order, ( which was a bracelet and nine charms) and was hoping she could help me, and between her and Haley, they got it done. They were amazing. I'm so glad I went when they had the bogo sale on charms, which saved me a ton. I went back today to exchange a charm, because I realized I had got the wrong one, this time Aniyah helped me and was fabulous as well. Since I had protection on the charm I was swapping out, it was free. Will definitely go to them first for any jewelry I need in the future.”
