“Nestled in the Wellington Mall near Macys on the 1st floor right next to the escalators, 925 Gemz is a true gem. As you walk in, the entire floor to ceiling on all walls are covered with gems, stones, calming crystals, gifts, dream catchers, little trinkets, mood rings, and healing books. There are even Egyptian items, Hindu items, fairies, dragons, and animals made of beautiful stones. So much to look at and admire. Very spiritual. The ladies who helped out were so kind and inviting too. Pricing was a bit high, but fair also bc these are specialty items. Worth it bc you can feel the item before purchasing, versus buying online and not being able to hold it first. Found my incents and burners and walked away with some beautiful stones/crystals too. Thank you!”

She told each customer that someone would take care of them soon as they entered the store. After giving up after numerous failed tries, we briefly told Erica about our experience with the store finding our original purchase. She said, "Give me your information; I think I can locate the information about your ring."We exchanged dejected glances and agreed to go for it without much confidence due to past experiences.
