Curbside pickup never works. They always mark my order as delivered as I drive up to the parking lot and then don’t bring it out. I call and they don’t answer the phone and I always end up having to go inside. Either something is wrong with their system or they are totally incompetent. Or both.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. Someone please explain this… who is responsible for answering the phones at Joann? Because I called ELEVEN different times in one day and not one call was answered. You sit on hold for 2 minutes before it hangs you up because no one is available. I called back to back 4 times in a row and nothing. Waited a couple hours, same thing. Someone explain this

Usually Walmart on Hypoluxo/Military is sufficient for my sewing needs but I needed some unusual color thread so I made the haul to Joann Fabrics in Wellington. Took forever to find! Went wayyyy past it. I tried calling 3 times in my drive up and down SR7. Nobody answered the phone all 3 calls. When I finally got to the store 1 person cashiering I asked how to get help and was directed to press a call button at the cutting table which I did and waited 10 minutes calling out HELLO???? Finally someone came out! Terrible service!!!!

You know the difference between hobby lobby and Jo-Ann's fabric
When you call Jo-Ann's fabric you can never get the right time of the day they give you a question with a question
Then they don't know what you're talking about when you asked the question
Then they want an item number that you don't even have
You looked it up online you notice it's in the store and you call up information to make sure they have it before you run over there.
Hobby lobby you call up you ask a question they put you hold and they go look for the item. And they let you know whether they have it or not.
That's why I like going to hobby lobby and spending money there as opposed to Jo-Ann's fabric. No wonder they're closing their stores at Jo-Ann's fabric. No wonder their sales are down 👎. That makes a whole lot of sense now doesn't it.

Low stock on many items found at other locations and they didn’t honor my coupon because I tried to scan two to see which was better; they then informed me that the first one would no longer work and I must wait to use it (although of course it expires in two days). Thoughtless to not warn me and then after the fact told me oh, we could have given it to you anyway. Then why didn’t you?? A line was forming behind me so I didn’t want to cause problems by waiting but I thought this was rather inconsiderate to not warn me or just give me the original coupon discount, as has been my experience at other Joanns locations if any coupon issues arise.

Went in the middle of the day on a Saturday & no one was up front at the cash registers: they now have a button at the check out to push for service which I pushed multiple times yet noone showed up. I had to just leave my cart full of what I had hoped to purchase. It was odd, probably unsafe & whoever in charge there should be fired.

This has the most stock of any Joann’s I’ve been to, which makes it even more disappointing that this store seems to be perpetually trashed. Patterns are consistently strewn everywhere, drawers are busted, shelves are in extremely bad shape, the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. Whoever is in charge of this store clearly does no care about cleanliness or organization. I would’ve bought more from here, but everything was mixed up and impossible to find. Don’t come here if you’re looking for something specific, you will spend hours trying to find it. I’m extremely disappointed because this location seems to have the newest stock and the most items, but it’s like picking through a hoarder’s yard sale.

I visited this store and enjoyed shopping there. Today I went the stock was limited the store was a mess and dirty. I needed to use the restroom and was shocked of the condition of the ladies room. I told the ladies that worked there that I could not believe that they would even use it. What happen here are you closing or is there a new manager that has no idea how to do there job. Will not come back again.
