I’m completely heart broken and feel that my patient rights were violated. I have a compromised immune system and I always request quarter vials or pediatric vials. There isn’t a place where my doctor can enter this note on the order so I always just verbally inform them of my consent for HALF or quarter vials. Sometimes they resist, but after I explain it to them they understand. But this time, she told me she would “try” to take less blood but took two full vials!!! I told her before hand, it’s not difficult to take less blood. Now I’m left with less immune cells to protect me because of this violation of patient autonomy. I’m furious and will never visit this location again. Many of the phlebotomists don’t realize the labs can run their tests with much less blood even if they say they can’t because of policy and they have consistently done so for years. I speak from experience, but regardless patient rights to consent should be respected.

Great experience today under not so ordinary circumstances. Arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. Was notified by Maria that their internet/computers were down and she was working with IT to restore. Maria notified the 4 people in the waiting room she would only be to able serve customers/patients with paper orders until the internet service was restored. Great communication skills by Maria. 3 out of the 4 of us had paper orders, including myself. Maria finished the 3 blood draws and had everyone out the door with 15 minutes. As far as I could see Maria was the only one in the office, she was handling the front desk, the draws, and any questions anyone had. Maria was beyond excellent.

My husband just came home from this lab, with a huge bubble of blood in his arm. Never going back there. Not the first issue he has had there. Last time he went, the man the did his blood was sick with just a face shield. No mask and coughing My husband got sick. Not a good place to go.

All the negative rewards are legit. “The system is down” drove 40 minutes on my only day off to get told the system is down. They got my paperwork. I had an appointment showed up when I was supposed to. No I wasn’t seen. I promise you they just want to go to lunch.

I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before being called in, and there was only one person working. The delay wasn’t his fault—he was very nice, professional, and quick once it was my turn. He stayed calm and apologetic even when people got upset, and I saw a few leave because of the long wait. It’s not fair to have just one employee handling everything. Labcorp really needs to staff better so patients aren’t waiting so long and workers aren’t overwhelmed.

I’m giving this facility 5 stars. I’m a hard stick so I hate getting my blood drawn. They have a young lady there Named Lu is ithe best she only has to stick me once and it’s not painful. The service is quick and they are all so pleasant. I appreciate that.

Liz was very kind , she didn't make giving blood hurt normally it hurts when they take needle out of arm. She's very sweet. Good fast customer service here. Any time I need blood work done I will come here. Thanks😉

I would like to share incredibly horrible experience I had today at this place. I had an appointment and was late for 15 min because I have a month old child at home and it’s very hard to predict what could happened but I really tried my best to come there for my labs. I was the only one person when I arrived in whole office. I checked in and was waiting till somebody appears in the window so another 5 min later elderly man came over and insisted of asking me about prescription or whatever is needed for the blood test started arguing with me and scold me for being late explaining in rude manner how bad I am and that making his life difficult and that he has to stay longer now because of me and that the service won't be done today. I apologized and asked him if maybe he can do exception for nursing mother but he didn’t really want to listen even but started complaining that he has hard time to find my provider prescription in the system and if I won’t email it and he won’t receive it in 5 min he is done and I have to leave. His speech took good 15 min and turned into yelling at me when I asked third time to check his email. He probably didn’t know how to use the system right or really didn’t want to stay late and just kept repeat all his story again and again what he needs to do before closing. I don’t remember receiving such an inhuman attitude even anywhere so I asked about his supervisor name and number and his name. He told me grudgingly his name - Manual and hardly gave his supervisors cell, jumped into the call with her and lied about all situation justifying himself. I talked to her as well, explained what happened so she asked him to stay longer what finally pissed him off. It took 30 min after all since I arrived for all this crap and I really didn’t want to stay there and stress more and honestly was afraid him to give me any service without any physical supervision by us so just left. I would never come back there. Unfortunate that such individuals disgrace the good name of the corporation that has served me for a long time.

Very unhelpful at front desk. I’m pregnant and show up for my appointment only to be told they never received an order from my doctor. I call the customer service line and they said it’s in every Labcorp system. They were nice enough to fax it to this location only to be told by front desk “sorry we can’t do it today you’ll have to come back because we are going to lunch” ridiculous! I dont have time to waste

I came into LabCorp after having a horrible experience at Quest. Immediately I was welcomed by Lou and she quickly introduced me to Manuel. I told her I have had difficulty in the past giving samples and Manuel assured me they could help. He immediately found the perfect spot and I was finished in under 2 minutes! I couldn't believe how fast they got me in the chair and my samples drawn. Given all of my past experiences, it was truly remarkable.
If you're thinking about going to any other lab, please stop and consider going only to this location. I know I will be from now on. Thank you Lou and Manuel for your compassion and professionalism!!

Sparing the details, there was a problem with my blood work order from my doctor's office. At first it seemed as if I would have to make another appointment and come back on another day. Luz went above and beyond to help me and fix the issues so that I could keep my appointment and have them draw my blood. She saaved me a lot of time and aggravation and I told her how much I appreciated her help!
