Went for some bloodwork in the morning. I was told that I couldn't been seen even though I was the only patient in the waiting room and for some unknown reason their closing hours were at noon. Found out that they actually did not close at noon that day. I do not recommend this Labcorp!!!!

I've been to this specific location numerous times for the simple fact that it's directly across the way from my doctor. Each time I leave there wishing I hadn't gone. They, unfortunately, are easy to get to and accept my insurance. They do not run efficiently. It's a hit or miss, and I am all about uniform. Each time, it feels like an entire different office. No consistency whatsoever. There is only two or so women working here that seem like they try to keep things moving in a rather smooth order. Maybe the women in her back office should come out and do some hands-on work as well. That MAY pick things up.

One star bc I LEFT MY THERMOS, went back in and got there **ONE** MINUTE after they closed and I knocked like 8 times on BOTH doors and no answer.Called the next day and 2nd call they picked up the phone, punched some buttons bc I could hear the toned and HUNG UP ON ME!So there goes a perfectly good $20 thermos with my cancer meds in it!

Anyone who has had a bad stick/ blood draw will tell you it is the worst and will "cure you" to delay any follow up work. My 15 year old will attest and so he was not happy about having to go into a "new place" due to insurance change.So thankful for this location as they made the check in visit painless while ensuring they received ALL the lab orders (we had two sets). We were seen in under 20mins as a walk-in and the technician was wonderful, even working with a faulty collection tube. (Again, not technician error. Thankfully she was experienced and called for a new batch without causing panic or having to stick him again).On his second visit, in less than 10 days later, Stephanie, your on-duty Site Director, astonished my son and received the best compliment anyone could get from 15year old boy for her precision, speed, and empathy she gave him (I will not add his delightfully, colorful language here! ?? but he truly felt nothing).There was NO bleed afterward, ZERO soreness, and no wait, after their prompt opening after lunch. Yes, Stephanie truly does "deserves a raise!!!" per 15 yr old recommendation. ?? No fluke, truly the best technicians here.

Quick and simple check in and out. I’m leaving this review on how very professional and polite the nurses and staff are at Wellington location. I have very small veins and it’s often painful for me to have testing. Lab corp is the only place I do not have issues drawing blood. I recommend this location for a sincere expert service ! Thank you ladies

I’ve gotten sent around & around for some lab work, like honestly this is ridiculous.I Come for some lab work, they tell me at 11:30 that the test includes me having to drink a lot of water and they’re going to lunch so I cant be seen until after 12:30 once they’re back. I have another appointment at 1:30. If I knew this before coming, I would’ve never drove 25 mins to just be told we cant see you. Unbelievable. The lady that looked at my paperwork was super sweet. The other one, that sits next to her. Just straight rude. ALSO, this is my only day off, so on top of that I have to wait a whole other week. To come back on a Wednesday. Smh

The best place for blood work. I have never waited and everything is handled super efficiently! All the staff are very well trained and nice. I always send people to them!

Rude and dishonest people work there. Lady in the front is rude. Billing people are not honest.
