I’ve been coming here for 5+ years now. All of a sudden the last 3 times I’ve been told cash will not be accepted, only credit card. Some people don’t like to swipe everything. I know it’s 2023 and times are modern but accepting cash is pretty basic. Very disappointed. Won’t be returning

No question Sean the manager at Leslie pool In Wellington is the reason I shop there. He’s very knowledgeable and helpful, always takes the time to provide all the information I need. Leslie Pool needs more people like Sean.

I’ve always had a good experience at this store when working with Sean, he’s always offered good advice and suggested products that have helped with my pool’s chemistry. If Sean isn’t there that day , it’s best to already know what you’re looking for because I’ve found that the other employees are less helpful and/or less knowledgeable

Good source for Chlorine, etc. they analyze a sample of your pool water free of charge, to ensure balance and clarity. I have used their services for about 8 years.

I have been coming to this location for many many years. I found it to be a bit inconsistent at times due to the turn over in management and staffing but I still gave them my business. Since Sean Sykes took over as general manager years ago, things have drastically improved for the better. Since Sean's arrival, I have found this store to be always properly stocked, organized, staffed and well run. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and they always go out of their way to help people especially Sean and his "New York" assistant Adam no matter how busy they are. There are many pool supplies stores in the area but Sean and Adam at this location do it right and they really care about your pool looking good. Do yourself a favor and make this Leslie's your Leslie's if you want a great looking pool!

I just by a zodiax max8 I paid 610.59 with tax when I open the box is a used inside . I drive 1 hours I spend time Gas for a used machine

I came in with 0 pool knowledge, I needed something simple for a small kids above ground pool and Sean was really helpful. He didn't just sold me what I needed but explain why and how to use it.

I purchased a variable speed pool pump for $1100 + 8 months that should be covered under warranty. I placed a service, and a technician came out take a look two weeks now. After calling multiple time for a status, all I have been told is I will get a call from either the technician or dispatcher that never happened. I have purchased my heater, salt system, pool pumps and chemicals in the past and to receive this service is really disappointing. My pool is now green.. Let's see if my service call will ever be completed and resolved.Update:I received and confirmed a service appointment for Saturday 4/16 with an 8-12 pm window. The technician did not show nor call after the time window had passed. I called for an update and was told that the technician was on his way. I rang again around 4:30 and was told he would be there. He never called or showed up.I rang four days later and was told that the service call was closed and completed! This is surprising as someone was home the entire day and no technician appeared and the pump is not working.As noted this pump is under warranty. I have been a loyal customer of Leslie's Pool for almost 15 years and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism.I am amazed at how Leslie can allow this kind of customer service to happen and no one is in charge to help the consumers.Update:The pump has finally been replaced. Thanks to Sean the store manager.Something needs to change at Leslie's to prevent this from happening to anyone especially when the product is covered under warranty.

Will never give this business one more cent!! Very poor customer service. I been a long time customer but lately they always seem to be short handle and the girl at the store seem bothered if you ask a question. Count on spending $140 to $160 every time they test your water. That dropped to about $40 at another pool company. My neighbor bought a variable pump through them 8 months ago and it already stopped working. He been getting the run around between Leslie and their tech for over three weeks and still “the run around” pool completely green. Today I express my discontent with Leslie employee as manager no where to be found. Left my name and number for them to contact me. I will update if that occurs. Not holding my breath and taking my business else where.
