I had been searching everywhere for three bottles of a particular champagne with no luck, but Akash went above and beyond to help me. Although the store didn’t have it in stock, he made a call and assured me he could have it delivered by the next morning. True to his word, Akash called me at 10:30am to let me know the champagne had arrived—well before my 11:30 deadline. I was so impressed by his dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. Thanks to him, what could have been a stressful situation was completely seamless. I am incredibly grateful and will only be shopping here from now on. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for outstanding service!”
