Lush is a wonderful and fun store to shop for soaps, body lotion, shower gel, and anything self care. Kassidy and Lilli are awesome! They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I was at Lush for a birthday party and they were the best hostesses. Super attentive and great at their jobs. Love to Kassidy and Lilli . 10/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Kassidy was so fricken awesome when we went to Lush the other day! She was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of all of the products! She really made our day with just how kind and easy to speak with she was! She needs a raise hahaha!! 😄👍🏼‼️

10/10 experience. Cassidy was so helpful today! She helped me narrow down the scent I was looking for and showed me products with similar scents. I’ll definitely be coming back. The customer service made the experience incredible.

Even though I typically only shop online, I went into Lush yesterday and the manager, Abbie, was so lovely! I will be coming into the store more often because of how much I enjoyed my experience! She greeted me as soon as I walked in and the customer service was excellent.

Big kudos to Robyn at Lush, she was so amazing and patient with my daughter as she shopped and asked a lot of questions. Robyn was so sweet and my daughter absolutely loved her experience there. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She’s awesome !!

Love, love, love! I used to shop at Lush a lot, then kind of forgot it existed until my coworker posted her fave Lush products (that I thought I'd like). Rather than do a blind buy, I popped in the store to smell it -- the product she recommended wasn't for me, but Sydney was so sweet and helped me find some goodies...including some soaps that were part of a fundraising effort for a cause dear to my heart. Once I got home and got the soap unwrapped and saw how fragrant it was, I went back a few hours later and purchased several more for gifts because I saw it was out of stock on the Lush website. I'm going to be a Lush customer for life now! I also really appreciate Lush's welcoming and inclusive stance amidst an increasingly polarizing and alienating geo & sociopolitical landscape. THANK YOU, Lush!

I was afraid of going to this lush due to previous management being awful but today when I went in I had the best experience. The new manager Abby is a very kind, welcoming, and over all professional person. I will definitely be coming back as I’ve never felt more welcome to a store. 10/10 💕💕
